Condominios en Santo Domingo

"This house was stylish and clean. The Location is perfect literally 2 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes from the Airport Las Americas. The house had everything I needed . Comfortable bed and the place is safe. I highly recommend this house to others."

"The place had only one A/C unit for the entire property, which was not sufficient. There was also no TV in the living room. None of the closets had hangers, which was inconvenient for storing clothes. Lastly, the dining room chairs were plastic and very uncomfortable.Given these issues, I would recommend considering other rental options before choosing this property."

"Ok. Here is my honest review. Im giving 5 stars based solely on the host and the inside of the home. Host: Yudelka would be the ONLY reason why I would come back. She was extremely responsive, made sure everything was smooth and was so caring. She always answered in a timely manner. She is an Amazing Host. Pool: NEVER GOT TO USE IT. There were adults drinking and being obnoxious and with me having young children, I decided not to risk it. The pool is very very small. It was also very dirty near...

"My stay here was 10/10. Zero Complaints of anything. Close to the grocery store, Local food spots, and shops. "

"Overall we would not recommend this place for anyone to stay. Nice view but nothing else. We didn’t have AC for multiple days of our stay, it was 80 and 70% humidity! When the AC was out so was the power for the whole apartment. It is normal for the power to cut off in this country but it took hours for our host to get it back on when everywhere else did it in a matter of minutes. All the food we bought went bad because of lack of refrigeration. We couldn’t charge anything, or turn on any...

"The place is great. Very secure building. The host representative was amazing. She helped me and responded to my messages rapidly. The noise outside was too much. The neighbors blast their music way in the late hours of night. The music picks back up around 7 am and last hours and hours. Besides the music, it was still a very noisy area. The stay itself on the inside was good "

"Nice community, close to big stores. Good security. Will defijitelt stay again."

"No apartment available on my arruval. No charges must be processed"

"El área de ducha se inundaba al bañarte , solo funcionaba un baño de los dos que habían y se cayó una puerta de un clóset mientras dormíamos. "

"Host had two security camera in the leaving room and inside hallway that are constantly on , So technically she’s watching every moves that a guest is making, she’s does not allow people to have visitors, nonsense ! She’s very disrespectful and will talk to you as a child."
