Excelente ambiente para encontrar tranquilidad y compartir en familia. Lo único que escuchas es el sonido del Río. Las atenciones del anfitrión fueron excelentes, mucha comunicación. Esperamos volver pronto. Excelente!

Jose was an excellent host, he treated us great always responded to any question , helped us when we requested his help, the house was clean, well equipped kitchen had everything functioning , the social area is the key to your heart in this property is amazing bbq next to a river drinks with the heated pool right next to you! They have a speaker and there’s a little grocery store next, my only recommendation will be a little extra tv for the room with three beds, we loved your place your town and will definitely come back!

A great experience

Jose is a great host, anytime we needed anything he was responsive and had a solution. The property is clean, comfortable and it was perfect for my husband and I. you get a view of the river and you also get a view of a sky full of stars at night. Definitely recommend having a vehicle if you stay here as everything is a couple minutes away except a bodega right there unless you plan on having everything delivered.

Raging River

The sound of the river was so majestic we asked owner to turn off waterfalls in pool! Beautiful outdoor space. We played cards one night on the pool deck. Close to town and adventurous activities. Only negatives were shower was cold and pool was colder, but that didn't stop us.

The house enjoys a truly lovely location, right by the river with peaceful views—definitely the highlight of the stay. That said, the property itself no longer quite matches the charm shown in the photos online. The exterior has seen better days, and while the house appears clean on the surface, it could benefit from more thorough maintenance.One issue we noticed was the tap water—it had a slight brown tint and contained some small particles. The kitchen and basic amenities are quite worn, and even a sharp knife is missing, making it difficult to prepare meals.Of the two bathrooms, only one was really suitable for a proper shower, with signs of wear visible throughout the property.On the bright side, the beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the three-bed room was spacious. The pool, while a bit aged, was clean and operational.The owner, José, is responsive and makes a commendable effort to assist remotely. The on-site caretaker, though friendly, is limited by language barriers and the overall condition of the property—helpfulness and smiling hospitality alone cannot mask the deeper structural short comings.In short, if you're mainly looking for a place to sleep in a beautiful setting and have access to a pool, this spot may do the trick. But if you're hoping for comfort and a well-maintained property, it may fall short for the current price. With investment and care, this could be a fantastic place once again.
