The house is spread over 2 floors: bedrooms on the ground floor, and the main living and dining area upstairs, connected to a well-equipped kitchen. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, TV, video on demand, washing machine, and dryer. High chair and cot are available for an extra charge. Self check-in makes your arrival easy.



Enjoy the private garden, a peaceful spot to relax outdoors. The first floor opens onto a covered terrace with dining and lounge areas, perfect for outdoor meals with partial sea views. Parking is available on the property in a shared space and on the street. Events and parties are not allowed. Please note the villa has a steep spiral staircase that may not be suitable for everyone. A car is recommended, though transfers can be arranged.

The natural surroundings of Mondragó Park are nearby, where you can enjoy crystal-clear waters and protected landscapes.
