Die gesamte Anlage, die Wohnung und deren Lage sowie der Pool waren sehr gut, auch der kleine Supermarkt direkt neben der Anlage. Ausgezeichnet war die Nutzung der Tiefgarage. Auch das kleine Restaurant am Pool ist wirklich zu empfehlen.

Super

Eine tolle Woche in einer sehr gepflegten ruhigen Anlage. Super Garten mit super Pool.Genau das Richtige um zu entspannen.In dem Apartment konnte man sich sofort wohl fühlen. Es ist alles da was man braucht.In wenigen Minuten ist man am Strand oder kann bummeln.Ich würde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gerne wieder

Die Anlage war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Appartement wie beschrieben eingerichtet und hervorragend gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief reibungslos und präzise. Rundum ein sehr schöner Ort, den wir jederzeit wieder aufsuchen würden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Great location but non communicative owner

The unit is decent and as described. Great location on Mallorca and close to everything. The resort setting was nice and a very close walk to town and restaurants/shopping. I would definitely stay in this area again but would NOT rent from this owner. We had problems getting into the unit at the scheduled time because the previous guests locked the keys in the unit vs. the lock box. The owner would not answer his phone, respond to email, or respond to the Whatsapp message that we got confirmation of him reading. Luckily we were able to track down a maintenance man for the complex who let us into the unit. We understand things happen but the no communication stance the owner took was unacceptable. We had concerns as there were no bed sheets on the bed nor in the unit, 1 flat pillow per person, 1 small shower towel and hand towel per person, no WIFI as advertised, 1 small roll of TP for 2 people for 3 days. It seemed very cheap, instead of inviting. The owner finally responded about 6 hrs after my first attempt to contact saying that he contacted his cleaner and everything was in order as it should be. His solution to the WIFI issue was for us to jump on the neighbors WIFI which he provided me the password for. We didn't feel comfortable as they were there and not sure if they were aware of sharing. Again, the location is great in a nice, safe complex. However, guests are given the bare minimum in hospitality items.

Enjoyable short breat

Lovely quiet complex, beautiful grounds, swimming pool warm enough for adults but too cold for young children. Close to small beaches, within walking distance of a pretty harbour. Would probably need a car if you stayed longer.

Our first Mallorca holiday

Property is situated in a nice resort with well kept gardens , a pleasant cafe/bar for lunches and small evening meals. The apartment was at top of two long flights of stairs which we found difficult to manage at times, particularly with several pieces of luggage. Apartment was functional if not a little tired. TV was only in German and we were unable to connect to our laptop to stream any English programmes. Several of the lights in the apartment were not functioning keeping it rather dark in the evenings. Luckily the large bed was comfortable as my wife and I both suffer from back pain if beds are uncomfortable.

Sehr schönes, geräumiges Anwesen

Super Wohnung, alles wie beschrieben. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten könnten verbessert werden... Bettwäscheservice und Handtuchwechsel sollte schon einmal die Woche stattfinden, oder Material dazu bereitstehen. Ein Geschirrhandtuch ist leider auch nicht ausreichend. Wie gesagt, Kleinigkeiten, anonsten TOP

Lovely apartment

Lovely apartment, bathroom a little dated but very serviceable. Everything we needed for our stay. Stairs were a challenge for my husband as he has mobility issues, no lift. Great location. Fabulous poor and pool bar.

Ruhe und Entspannung, genau was ich gesucht habe

Nachdem ich am Ankunftsabend - ziemlich fertig von der Anreise - erst ein paar kleine technische Probleme hatte, hat sich das am Morgen mit Hilfe der freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Leute der Hausverwaltung schnell erledigt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig, gemütlich und sauber, vom Balkon aus hat man nicht nur Ausblick über die Anlage, sondern sogar ein bisschen Meerblick seitlich durch die Bäume. Auch die Hellhörigkeit der Wohnung hat mich nicht gestört. Von der Familie links von mir habe ich nichts wahrgenommen, die Wohnung rechts war während meines Urlaubs nicht bewohnt. Sehr zufrieden mit allem!

Schönes Objekt, gepflegte Anlage, Wohnung mit Defiziten.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, leider wurde uns die Wohnung in keinem sauberen Zustand übergeben. Ferner fehlt es in dieser Wohnung an gebrauchsfähigem Kochgeschirr, wie kleine Pfanne und Topf, Korkenzieher, usw.

Super tolle Anlage... ABER

Zuerst mal muss ich sagen, alles was gesagt wurde stimmt. Der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit und für meine Kritik, die eher auch nur empfindliche Menschen trifft kanne er nichts. Was eine Dame erwähnt stimmt, die Wände sind aus Papier... Sonst kann man nichts sagen.

Toller Urlaub

Tolle Erholung in wunderschöner Anlage

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Wohnung erlebt. Der Balkon mit Blick über die Anlage lädt zum Verweilen ein. Das Schönste für uns war der 50 m Pool, wo wir herrlich schwimmen konnten. Ich habe selten eine so gepflegte Anlage kennengelernt, der Garten mit Palmen ist traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war ausgezeichnet. Der einzig negative Punkt: Nebenan ist noch ein Appartement, welches dem Vermieter gehört. Es gibt eine Verbindungstür, durch die man jedes Wort hört. Das sollte einem vorher bewusst sein. Wir können das Appartement und Dur wunderbare Anlage sehr empfehlen.

Sehr ruhig gelegene Appartement Anlage südlich vom Hafen Cala d'Or gelegen. Gemütlich eingerichtet mit genügend Platz für ein Paar. Großer Balkon zum Garten mit Pool gerichtet.

Tolle Wohnung und Ferienanlage

Wir haben in der Ferienwohnung eine Woche verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Pool der Anlage ist riesig und die Anlage selbst sehr gepflegt. Auch der Vermieter sowie der Ansprechpartner vor Ort waren sehr hilfsbereit.

Urlaub

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool und großzügiger Wohnung. Viele Familien mit Kindern vor Ort, dass sollte man schon beachten, wenn man einen ruhigen Pooltag machen möchte. Uns hat es nicht gestört. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft zu empfehlen.

App. nur für 2 Pers. geeignet. Fehlende Hinweise: Kein Austausch von 2 Handtüchern/Pers. für 3 Wochen. Pool, Bistro wg. Renov. geschlossen! Eigener Pkw zur Versorgung nötig! Müllentsorgung? Wasser nur zum Spülen, da sehr salzig. Einrichtung + Küche: 1 Sofa für 4 Pers., 2 Liegen im Wohnz. und für Balkonbenutzung. Kühlschrankbeleuchtung defekt, 2 Töpfe, 2 Pfannen ohne Deckel stark beschädigt. Balkontürenscheiben sehr stark verschmutzt. Baulärm aus der Nachbaranlage (vom Balkon 200m Luftlinie) Entkernungen, Dachsanierungen + Fensteraustausch; tägl. Arbeitszeiten 07:30h bis 17:30h. Deshalb Balkonbenutzung sehr eingeschränkt. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Vermieter wurden einige Dinge verbessert: Töpfe und Pfannen wurden zeitnah ausgetauscht und nach 2 Wo Austausch der Handtücher

Lovely residential complex right in the heart of Cala Egos

Booking the accommodation was done with ease and both the owner and I presume the manager (Janine) were very quick to respond when any questions were put to them prior to the visit. Early check in and transfers were all arranged too. The apartment is located on the top floor overlooking the pool area. We had a fabulous stay and even though there are apartments either side it was very quiet. We found the apartment to be clean and tidy and had all the basics that you needed. On day 2 I was greeted by the cleaner who arrived with clean towels and bed linen. I gladly said I would change the bedding and towels and asked when she was due again. I was told it would be the beginning of our second week. So I planned around that regarding the towels etc especially as the apartment did not have a washing machine.Unfortunately she did not return. I also discussed with her the fact the apartment has an adjoining door she did explain the reason for it. I asked about the kettle situation and I was told that this was often a complaint by visitors! I have the the recent review and also see the kettle was mentioned then. I emailed about the kettle and was told it would be sorted but it did not happen. Thankful once the on site bistro opened at mid day we were able to get a cuppa! Small moan only but along with this we would also say the apartment is in need of a little TLC. The balcony does have a table and 4 chairs but it is slightly cluttered and I cut myself several times when passing the pots of plants. Overall an enjoyable stay but few changes needed.

Nice, clean upper floor appartment with great wifi

We've stayed at multiple different apartments in this complex over the years and like the others this was well kept, clean and spacious for two people. Facilities on site are excellent - pool, cafe/bar. Some of the ground floor apartments can be dark - this has a reasonable amount of light and a lot of sun on the upper story balcony. Free wifi is excellent and kitchen provides enough utensils etc. for our needs re the occasional self-catering breakfast / dinner when not eating out. Only really minor, minor gripes – was no kettle (coffee percolator only – suspect UK only issue as we like our tea ;-)) and no hairdryer and seems to be connected to another apartment by an internal door and was little noise on occasion. Appreciate other party may have also felt same about us ;-). None of these issues would stop us staying here again if need arose. Owner, was very responsive when we asked any questions and felt comfortable renting from them.
