Lovely accommodation, exactly as described.

All communication with Tanja was great with speedy replies and helpful information. The apartment is well looked after and has clean, fresh linens. Balcony is a good size and plenty of room for 4 of us! The people watching opportunities from the balcony vantage point were great! There is noise of hustle and bustle from the beach but it's very quiet at night and we slept very well! The location is fantastic, near to all the restaurants and shops. The pool was beautiful and well kept. Maybe not ideal for young kids/ less strong swimmers as there is only a small shallow area and the rest is very deep. Would definitely recommend and Tanja is a great host!

Das Positive zuerst: Kontakt mit der Vermieterin schnell und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Was uns nicht gefallen hat: es richt muffig wenn man die Wohnung betritt. Leider Kakerlaken in der Wohnung. Soll ja wohl öfters auf Mallorca vorkommen, wir hatten bisher aber keine. Intensives Kühlschrankdeo im Kühlschrank. Der Geruch war doch sehr befremdlich.

Relaxing holiday

The apartment had all equipment and facilities needed for a comfortable stay. Location overlooking beach was really great - we enjoyed people watching from balcony table in mornings. Cala Gran beach is brilliant for snorkelling and floating around in calm cove. Would stay again and have recommended to friends.

Frau Meier war sehr hilfreich und alles lief reibungslos. Wir konnten die Wohnung, den Pool und die Umgebung geniessen. Einzige Verbesserungsvorschläge: Putzlappen, Schwamm und Reserve Kehrichtsäcke sowie Toilettenpapier könnte zur Verfügung gestellt werden.

The property was brilliant and had everything needed for a fantastic stay. Perfect position overlooking the beach and pool. Cala Gran is easy walking distance to Cala D’or. November is very very quiet, we didn’t realise that it was seasonal and restaurants all shut down. We managed to find a couple of good bars open that did food.

Fab apartment

This was a great apartment to rent. Private pool and own access to the beach. Loved the setting and convenience, we could all pretty much do our own thing. A few steps down to the pool, a few more to the beach. It was so easy. Some nice bars along the beach with friendly staff. Supermarkets and town just a short walk away. Also a bus stop around the corner. We caught a bus to Mondrago Beach. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony with a coffee or a beer. Would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

Family beach holiday

What a great place! Everything we needed and more for a family of 4 with small kids. We were planning on buying beach toys when we arrived but were pleasantly surprised to see loads of toys on the balcony! The accommodation was beautifully clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. The beach is immaculate, prefect for adults and kids with ice cream and meals available from places right on the beach. The beach is so close to the accommodation so it was really easy to do multiple trips every day. Shopping (food and clothes) and restaurants are also really close. We enjoyed good quality smoothies for breakfast every day from one of the cafes nearby. Tanja responded to our queries so quickly every time. Thanks for a great holiday!

Perfect beach getaway!

This wonderful apartment was exactly as described… Steps away from the beach and overlooking a beautiful pool And a very short walk to numerous restaurants and shops! The accommodations were as photographed, comfortable and spacious. Full-service kitchen and bathrooms… This was an excellent choice and we would come back again! Thanks so much!

Das Apartment hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Kontakt zum Vermieter verlief problemlos. Das voll ausgestattete Apartment war sehr sauber, wir haben alles so vorgefunden wie vorher beschrieben. Wir waren schon oft in Cala d'Or, aber zum ersten Mal in dieser Anlage und würden hierher auch gerne wiederkommen. Haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt.

Brilliant break in a perfect location

This apartment is in the best location in Cala d or, it’s so central and only a few minutes walk to loads of restaurants, bars, kids play areas and shops. The beach is actually on your doorstep and is lovely and clean with beach bars and rocks for jumping into the ocean if you’re brave enough. It is just great and we would definitely try and get this apt if we go back to Cala d or, which I hope we do as we loved it. The owner is very helpful and on hand at all times if needed. the apt has all you need for self catering, the utility cupboard houses the washing machine and tumble dryer along with hoover etc. The apt is also the most secure we’ve stayed in. Pool was a bit cold as our stay was April but my girls braved it and jumped in! Pool area is nice and quiet with sun beds and the view is awesome. Loved it!!!!!

Lovely place to stay

We've been to Cala D'or (and more specifically Cala Gran where this apartment is) 3 times now and this is certainly the nicest place we have stayed in. The location is perfect - it really couldn't be better. You can sit on the balcony and look over the large and impressive pool, with the gorgeous sandy beach right behind and accessible through the locked gate at the bottom of the path. Superb! The sun shines all day long on the balcony too! The apartment itself is great for a family - our two kids loved the large bedroom with its ensuite bathroom, while my wife and I slept in the double room off the living room, also with its ensuite shower room. The centre of Cala D'Or is only a couple of minutes walk away, where there are a multitude of lovely restaurants and shops. When we return to Cala D'Or in the future, there's no doubt that this is the place we will want to stay in!

Super location.

We stayed for 5 nights at the end of March during the Easter holidays. Let me say right from the start what a fabulous location this apartment is situated. It overlooks the beach. The spar shop is 20m away. The bus stop to Palma/Santanyi etc is 30m away. And lots of great restaurants within short walking distance.(Can Trompe, Barlovento) The apartment is modern and clean. However the 2nd bedroom is open plan and may not be ideal for 2 couples staying. Better for family. The kitchen is modern but probably needed more serving(casserole) dishes. There was no corkscrew opener for our wine! Also probably a nice personal touch if the owner could contact us once to see if everything was ok.
