"Ein wunderschönes Anwesen. Insbesondere der Pool- und Terrassenbereich sind traumhaft. Aber auch die Innenausstattung ist sehr geschmackvoll und sorgt für ein herausragendes Ambiente. Ruhige Umgebung trotz Hochsaison. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Verwalterin. Sie stand bei Fragen jederzeit und umgehend zur Verfügung. Unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Jederzeit wieder. "

"Big villa, perfect for a big family (we were 7 adults). Very close to a beach with all amenities, there are stairs to get to the cliffs and a short walk further down is the sandy part, although we hanged out by the pool more :) The property manager Angeline was responsive and helpful ahead and throughout our stay.Keep in mind, it is a little far from stores and restaurants, which is not an issue if you have a car. "

"Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht wie erhofft. Zuerst das Positive: Die Lage ist super, man braucht nur 10 Minuten bis zum Strand (zu Fuß). Die Finka wurde auch teils renoviert und macht auf den ersten Blick einen guten Eindruck. Was auf den Bildern nicht zu sehen ist, dass direkt nebenan eine Baustelle ist. Von morgens 7:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr wird sehr laut gearbeitet. Den Grill wie auf den Bildern gibt es nicht. Dafür steht ein abgenutzter Grill aus dem Baumarkt bereit. Eine Nacht...

"Hemos pasado unos días estupendos en Cala D'Or. La casa está perfectamente ubicada con accesos a diferentes calas y todos los servicios que se necesita. Casa espaciosa, zona tranquila. Muy recomendable para familias. Tanto el propietario como el agente inmobiliario han estado pendientes de nuestra llegada y nos han atendido muy bien."

"We had a wonderful holiday the villa suited all ages from adults to teens to younger ones , the pool area was perfect as was the outside eating area , the location was perfect as it was very quiet but only a ten minute walk to the port or a few miles in the car to Cala d’Or the teenagers often used the bus which was great as the bus stop was on the main road just below the villa "

"Wir waren als Freundinnen über den 1.Mai unterwegs und sind begeistert von dieser Wohnung. Sie ist super sauber, gut ausgestattet und die Betten sind bequem. Die Terrasse und die Balkone sind ein Traum. Insbesondere die Terrasse ist der Hammer! Sie bietet ausreichend Platz zum Liegen, Essen, Lesen, ... . Als besonderes Highlight gibt es eine Treppe zu den Felsen und von dort aus DIREKT ins Meer . (Badeschuhe unbedingt empfohlen). Portopetro ist ein gewachsener Ort, keine Bettenburgen aber eine...

"La casa es estupenda. Magníficamente situada sobre la cala de Santanyi. Ascensor privado y estás en la arena. Un lujazo. Muy bien equipada. Agradable porche para comer y una piscina que más limpia no puede estar. A 5 minutos de Santanyi, donde hay de todo. Lejos de las aglomeraciones de otras zonas de Mallorca aunque se echa de menos un paseo marítimo para dar una vuelta al atardecer. Salvador, su propietario es súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que haga falta. El descanso está asegurado"

"Villa was exactly as described, if not better, close to two beaches and the town centre the location was perfect. Our 1 year old daughter was with us so the fence was put up around the pool prior to our arrival.
