"We had a wonderful time staying at Casa Milya for a week while visiting Santa Teresa. While a few minor things have changed since the pictures were taken the property was lovely and well cared for! Eight of us had plenty of space to spread out and the location on the beach was perfect! Eli the caretaker and little Kiwi were wonderful hosts as well as the concierge Catalina, who was extremely helpful!! "Our family of four stayed between Christmas and New Years. The house was perfect - great views and great location. Right in the middle of Santa Teresa. The host was incredible. So helpful before and during the trip with reservations, cars, etc. We used LocalBird for fishing, snorkeling, etc. We missed our flight from San Jose to Cobano and there were no other flights. The host quickly helped us come up with Plan B including a driver. Saved tge day!!!"

"We had a great stay with our family. Lucia (property manager) was very responsive and the daily housekeeping service was so wonderful! The house is located close enough to walk to restaurants but not in the busy part of town. "Always a pleasure to visit Santa Teresa. Villa Koa is in a great location. The property is exactly as advertised, very beautiful with a great pool. Construction wasn't overbearing at all and hardly even noticed it. One small complaint would be to add some blinds to the living room windows for a bit more privacy. "I cannot give enough praise to The L Design Villa in Santa Teresa. The house is stunning! Its comfortable, spacious, clean and modern. It was more than enough room for my family of 5. We enjoyed the pool, the shaded and sunny areas, and the views of the sunsets. The concierge, Josefina, was also amazing - very responsive, and so helpful in arranging adventures and providing recommendations.
