Sunny family villa in Santa Susanna with sea views, a private heated rooftop pool and comfortable accommodation for up to 10 guests. The house is ideal for large families or several families who want to spend their holiday together while still having enough personal space.

Amenities and location

Private rooftop pool — swimming season from April to November. In spring and autumn, the pool is used with a transparent dome-style cover, which protects it from the wind and makes swimming more comfortable. In summer, the cover is removed and the pool works as an open outdoor pool.

High-speed fibre-optic Wi-Fi up to 600 Mb, air conditioning and heating — for a comfortable stay at any time of the season.

Fully renovated kitchen — new furniture and appliances installed in February 2026. The kitchen has a large window with sea views and direct access to a terrace, perfect for breakfast outdoors.

Small kitchen upstairs — convenient for drinks, coffee and light snacks near the upper area of the house.

Children’s play terrace — one of the terraces has an artificial grass area of approximately 8 × 3.5 m. It is suitable for calm children’s games, mini football, croquet, badminton without a net or simply playing outdoors.

Free parking near the house — there is usually space for 2 cars without difficulty.

Nearby — several supermarkets are about 5 minutes away by car. Beaches, restaurants and cafés are by the sea, around 40 minutes on foot. The house is located in an elevated area, so we recommend having a car for a more comfortable stay.

House description

The house has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: four bedrooms with double beds and one additional room with a full-size sofa bed measuring 160 × 200 cm. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers, which is especially convenient when several families are staying together.

The main area of the house combines the living room, dining room and access to the terrace. The spacious dining room, with large arched windows and sea views, is one of the most pleasant spaces in the house: a lovely place to gather for lunch, dinner or simply spend time together.

Outside, there are several terraces to enjoy at different times of the day: a terrace for outdoor dining, a barbecue area, a balcony with a lounge area under a light gazebo-style structure with a fabric cover and sea views, as well as quieter corners near some bedrooms. This layout makes it easy to spend time together while still keeping enough private space.

Pets welcome — we are happy to welcome guests with dogs. Please indicate your pet when making the reservation.

To make sure the stay matches your expectations

The house is located in a quiet residential area and is designed for relaxed family holidays. It is not suitable for parties, noisy celebrations or loud music.

The house has several levels and stairs, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users or guests with reduced mobility.

Electric or hybrid vehicles cannot be charged at the property, as the electrical installation is not designed for this purpose.
