Santa Rosa Treasure!

We were in town for a family wedding and loved our stay at this home! The pool was amazing and we enjoyed being able to walk to Montgomery Village. Highly recommend!!!

Great swim time for our daughter

We got lucky with a heat spell in mid April, but the pool was heated and the hot tub was hot. We swam all day for three days straight and our daughter had a great time.

Lovely home, exactly as described

We stayed for two nights while in town for medical appointments with our children and dogs. The house was perfect, conveniently located and had everything we needed. Property manager was super responsive, even when we messaged after midnight when we first arrived and had a problem. Kids and dogs loved the backyard, and the pool was a highlight.

This was was clean and comfortable! Supplied everything anyone needs for a vacation! Beds were great! Pool and hot tub were wonderful! The home was decorated so tastefully without any clutter! Just perfect!Any questions we had were answered almost immediately!

Great Place!

Super clean! Pool and grass area are in separate yards which was actually nice. We especially liked the outdoor bistro lights and fire pit. Clean and functional kitchen had everything we needed. Safe neighborhood and easy walk to montgomery village shopping, restaurants coffee shop and the grocery store.

Overall Nice- but could better for sure.

Walked in and things looked great. After my kids showered we realized we didn’t have many towels. Went to the garage and a pile of dirty towels were sitting there, so the cleaner didn’t do it. Propane tank in fire pit and garage were empty. So we were bummed. Bedroom carpet (by shared bathroom) had stains like someone spilled coffee. Vent for oven doesn’t work. It lifts but no suction so we had to open windows. Pool was great overall but chlorine is way too strong as my daughter had to go to urgent care day 2 which was from strong chlorine effecting her where it made it hard for her to go to the bathroom. Wasn’t sure if it was the pool until day 3 when my son got a rash across his body after about an hour after exiting pool. So it confirmed what the doctor thought. I could feel the chlorine was strong too in my eyes. House was otherwise in a great spot. Pretty thin on bbq items, one specula etc. I own a VRBO and was pretty surprised by the lack of items. It is very centralized and the neighbor was super nice. I think this place is best for adults vs kids who may have issues with the pool. Overall I give it 4 stars.

Cute and clean in quiet neighborhood

The property is really nice. The house is a nice wide open space. The yard and pool are on opposite sides of the living room. The yard is very big and has a nice firepit with a couch around it. The pool is small but good size for about 5 people. We did not use the BBQ but there is one on the property. The house is incredibly clean. Lots of nice amenities, including towels, Q-Tip's, black towels for make-up, nice dishes, plastic dishes for kids, plastic glasses for outside use and wine glasses for inside. There is a coffee bar area which has a Keurig and a regular coffee pot. The closets are nice and big but there are no drawers to put clothing in. The beds are very comfortable and there are extra blankets in the closets. If you are looking for a place in Santa Rosa, I would recommend a stay here.

Wonderful 3 night stay

Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights to enjoy the area and run the Santa Rosa half marathon. The home was absolutely perfect for our stay. Very enjoyable open floor plan with big kitchen and great living space. Well decorated. Enjoyed the spa pool too. Regular pool was a bit too cold for us but maybe nicer on hotter days. Recommend leaving instructions for thermostat.

Peaceful Slice of Santa Rosa Life - We’ll Be Back

This place is a perfect turnkey getaway. Drop your bags and swim, or swing on a hammock under old growth trees that soar to the clouds, and grill. Quiet cul-de-sac. We had a great three-night stay and made a routine out of walking to Avid Coffee each early morning before hitting the Spring Lake or Annadel trails. We will be back.

Country Festival

House was amazing and Kristy was super quick to respond when needed. Area is beautiful and was a quick drive to numerous wineries and activities for the kids. Was a short walk to the fair ground for the country music festival. Would recommend this house to families or couples looking for a getaway

All you could ask for

Perfect accommodations, and centrally located for everything we had planned. Loved the quiet cul-de-sac neighborhood, and neighbors were very welcoming. My grandkids loved the pool and lovely California weather!! Well stocked kitchen. We were very happy that there were kid friendly dishes for the smaller kids. Just wished we had known there would be a highchair and playpen available, as we brought both items with us since we didn’t see those listed on the site listing. Would absolutely stay here again if we’re back in the area. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

Great house!

This was one of our top VRBO stays! Nicely-appointed home with every amenity you could want. The pool and hot tub were very private and a great perk. Convenient location in Santa Rosa with great restaurants, hiking, and access to wine country. Very clean, nice towels, comfortable bedding, and generous hospitality. Thank you!

Beautiful house with responsive property manager

Lovely home in Santa Rosa with plenty of space and nicely furnished. The inside of the house was immaculately clean and ready for our stay. However, in the pool my husband found a dead animal (rhymes with cat) which put an unfortunate pall on the trip. Property manager was sympathetic but given the holiday weekend, the owners were not interested in giving us any substantial discount saying that this is common and that we could vacate the property immediately leaving my family stranded for the weekend. That added a very stressful element for our vacation and we ultimately stayed at the house as we didn’t feel like we had another choice on such short notice.

Lovely in every way

The house was warm, welcoming, and comfortable and extremely well equipped for our party of 6 (ranging in age from 8 to 75). The kids loved the hot tub and large yard, and the adults had a great time lounging around in the living areas. If it had been warmer, I'm sure we would have spent lots of time in the woodsy backyard. Highly recommended

Def a10 in my book. This is a lovely property, very clean & organized, my chef had plenty of room in kitchen to create & friends were very comfortable while my heaven was outdoors in warm pool & hot tub & both were also very clean. I will def return!! Thank you so much!

Wine country birthday

This house was very centrally located if you are there to visit the wineries. Close to some great restaurants as well. Quiet neighborhood. House itself was very clean and all the beds were comfy. The pool was fantastic as well as the hot tub. Stocked full of all the dishes, wine glasses and cooking essentials. Very opens and spacious We had 4 people and plenty of room. Easy checkin and checkout process. Would definitely stay here again!
