Habían moscas en mi habitación según mi reserva era un estudio el este hotel me ofreció pero lamentablemente no es así he visitado muchos hoteles y los estudios tienen platos vasos utensilios de cocina en este caso si estaba la cocina pero había nada ni una sola cuchara fue desesperante las moscas en la habitación

Mala impresion
Realmente no me agrado, pues estuve en el mismo hotel pero en zona norte y era muy diferente, pense seria similar o mejor a este y no lo fue asi, no recibi servicio de cuarto ningun dia, desde el momento de llegar fue lenta la atencion, el hotel en general estaba sucio en sus areas externas.

Decepcionada.
Le verdad quede desepcionada, pues siempre me habia gustado quedarme aqui, pero ahora la habitacion q nos dieron estaba hirrible, no tenia toallas, las camas estan tan viejas q se sentian los resortes, la carpeta tan sucia q olia mal todo el cuarto, todo estaba muy limpio pero la carpeta lo arruinaba, y para terminar enfrente de la puerta estan los botes de basura llenos de moscas q se metian a la habitacion tan pronto abriera la puerta, afortunadamente nos cambiaron a otra, pero los guest del cuarro de arriba no nos dejaron dormir con tanto ruido q hacian.

No si quiera me dejaron entrar. Hice la reservacion con una semana de anticipacion y cuando llegue con mi familia no tenia ningun cuarto porque se lo vendieron a alguien mas. Fue la peor experiencia q he tenido. En fotos se be bien pero cuando lo vez en persona es total mente diferente

Dirty room with no bathroom exhaust. Old beat up furniture. Smelly towels and flies! Family friendly they said, but unfortunately it has the appearance and vibes of a low income housing! Saw women in questionable attire near the property while driving in or out. We cut short the stay by a day!

Janky for the price honestly, the North location is better. Outdated interior, exterior there is a lot of riffraff hanging about. If you have other options take them but if this is all thats available you’ll be ok

The young man who checked us in, Erik, he is the best employee at this location. We had to praise him. The hotel itself could use some updating like new shower heads, new cooktops, laminate peeling off cupboards. But the beds were nice and firm with no sags. Windows weighed 70lbs so my husband was only one could open them. The parking lot seemed like it only had just enough spots that were squeezed in too small a lot. And there were some questionable characters hanging around the evening hours. Feel like we paid too much, like Holiday Inn prices for Motel 6 stay. If there were few options Id stay again. Like a C

I had stayed there prior to my last stay and because they do not accept cash and there isn't a store for about a mile radius cuz it sits on an onan off ramp and a strip of car dealers I have no car and I have a medical condition and wasn't able to get to the store in time but I have been staying there for about 2 almost 3 weeks already they locked my room and gave me a DNR (do not rent) I had the money to pay. So fast forward to yesterday I had no idea I was dnrd and my friend rented the room and they seen me kicked us out and kept our money. The place is disgusting the floors are black the sheets are dirty they don't have any towels the service is horrible management is ridiculous. I could go on and on and on I wouldn't recommend that place to my worst enemy

The heater/air conditioner was so loud it was very hard to sleep and did not heat up. Everything was old about the room.

Prostitution, homelessness and drug use around the property. Room was dirty with outdated fixtures. Possible bed bugs and a loud noise going all night made it hard to sleep. Staff never at front desk. Worst $ I ever spent!

The desk clerk Erik was very helpful and polite. The rooms are large and clean. BUT the property is located right off Highway 101. The noise never stops. Continous sirens. Hard to sleep. I would never stay here again. They shouldn't have skimped on a sound wall.

Friendly service
For the most part we were comfortable. I want to start out saying that we received excellent friendly service. But I was scared of the Spider nest right above my door. I hate bugs and these were pretty good sized spiders and a web covered a whole corner of my door.
