Wonderful condo in a perfect location!!

This was our first time staying in Jeff’s wonderful condo and we will DEFINITELY be back! The condo was so clean, and the view and space are stunning. We absolutely love the Bridges neighborhood of Watersound and staying here did not disappoint! Further, Jeff was incredibly responsive to texts and very attentive. He checked in once or twice to make sure everything in the condo was working and to see if we had any questions, which was appreciated! Thank you so much Jeff for letting us stay in your condo. We loved it!

What a wonderful week!!! The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Perfectly located close to the beach and pool. With our grown children and parents this property was perfect for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked and the bedrooms/bathroom combos worked for everyone to have their space. Jeff was welcoming and thorough with all the information for the condo and surrounding Watersound development. We can't wait to come back....

Watersound Beach Vacation

The property was simply perfect. My family of 6 had an enjoyable and relaxing vacation at the end of June and could not have chosen a more perfect location or property complex. This is a fantastic location with so much to do along 30A. The two story condo had everything you needed and was beautiful throughout. Beds very comfortable, very clean and there was more than ample living space to hangout together or chill by yourself, inside & out. Walking to the beach was a short distance; literally only steps to the walking bridge and the beautiful white sandy beach is so secluded and private. Simply stunning! The property owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any of our inquiries. I highly recommend Watersound Beach. You will not regret. ESS Chicago

Awesome views!!!

Awesome condo with incredible views. Since it is corner unit, you get views of the gulf and Camp Creek. It felt very private having its own entrance and parking right out front. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo and location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The WaterSound area is quaint and peaceful, and close to neighboring communities. The Hub is in walking distance, with lots of shops, food, and live music. The condo is absolutely beautiful and clean, and its proximity to the beach was excellent. The kitchen was well-stocked. The living room is very spacious, with the most amazing views. We didn't want to leave.

Couldn’t have been better!

I can’t say enough great things about this property. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for our family. Large living room that could seat everyone comfortably. A short 3-4 minute walk to the beach. All of the beds were comfortable. I will definitely be back!

WATERSOUND STAY

We had a lovely week at Watersound 101C . The unit was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and plenty of room for spreading out. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking (although minimal) very easy. The location of the unit relative to the beach cannot be beat and the views inside the unit were amazing. Our property Manager was exceptional to work with and quick to respond. Definitely a 5 star stay and we'll return to this unit in the future.

Wonderful Stay on 30A

This unit is part of wonderful, quiet, and peaceful community. My family including a 2 year old and 5 year old loved the close access to the beach and beautiful pools on the property. Unit was clean, spacious, and had a wonderful patio right on the water. Beds were amazingly comfortable. The area never seemed crowded and it felt like we had the beach and the pools pretty much to ourselves. Rented bikes and rode to the neighboring communities to explore and dine. Lots of state parks nearby for hiking. Overall, great stay! The only thing that bothered us was the lack of coffee machine. They had a keurig but we prefer a real coffee pot. But that is just being very picky. It gave us an excuse to pickup coffee in the nearby quaint little towns and explore them so it ended up being a good thing. Host was very helpful and responsive.

Slice of heaven!

Jeff's Watersound condo was perfect for our family of 5. Each of our 3 teenagers had their own room on the bottom floor, we had a beautiful master suite upstairs, and there was plenty of room in the upper living/kitchen area for us to all hang out. The location is amazing- steps to the beach, beautiful 360 degree views from the main floor that live up to the pictures. It also convenient to both community pools and the lake (for any kayakers/SUPers out there). The Watersound neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet a short drive/bike ride to Alys or Rosemary Beach or short drive (slightly longer bike ride) to Seaside. We will be back!

Perfect house in a perfect location

I cannot recommend this house enough. The house is beautiful. The views are amazing and the house is spacious yet comfortable. You don't even mind it if you are stuck inside during a rainy day! And then you are just steps from the beach! Plus, the house is located in a great spot. You are removed from the super crowded areas of 30A but still a short bike ride or drive from all the tops spots. The house is in a gated community, super safe and very quiet. Highly recommend!

McPackLand 2020 Family Getaway

We have wanted to visit the panhandle are and beaches in this particular area for years. The accommodations we had at Watersound Beach and this condo in particular were perfect for us. After visiting the area, we found that Watersound Beach was ideal for our vacation with a much more relaxed and private atmosphere. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Comfiest of condos

This place is amazing, comfortable and so accommodating. We wanted a nice place to getaway as a family where we could relax on the beach and we found exactly that in this home. The master suite is beautiful and the bed was more comfortable than mine at home. The kitchen is very well equipped with Viking range, 2nd oven, plenty of pans and everything you would need to cook for the number guest this sleeps. The property location was perfect, away from town, very peaceful and the condo itself was a very easy walk to the beach. The views at sunrise and sunset were amazing, too. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Perfect stay in 30A

The condo was perfect. The location was amazing (right on the beach with a view) and had easy beach access (rare in 30A). The condo was very comfortable and well stocked and Jeff the owner was great!! I cannot recommend this little slice of heaven enough!

Great location and beautiful views

We had a wonderful weekend with family. The condo had everything you might need and was in a great location with a convenient walk to the beach. We loved evenings on the deck with a glass of wine and getting to restaurants was very easy. Seamless check in and check out process as well. No complaints here! Would love to stay again.
