I was not made aware that there was a separate check in portal, so it was frustrating driving 8 hours and not knowing how to get in. Thankfully, a young man Braiden was able to help us. The front bedroom did not have WiFi at all.

It was a nice condo but we had issues. The dishwasher was broken the 2nd day and they never fixed it. Also the dryer vent was clogged. It took 4 cycles to dry a load of towels. They unhooked it at the wall so all the hot air was expelled in the room. It worked better but it was hot in that toom

Yearly family vacation

Our family gets together every year and go to Seagrove the last four years we have stayed at this property, different units but this is our second time in this unit. It’s clean updated, beds are comfortable beautiful patio and plenty of seating overlooking the pool and a short walk to the beach!

Stay was very nice. Condo was beautiful. Unfortunately morning we were to check out we woke to pounding and drilling at 7AM in the condo above us. We had packed the night before to enjoy a relaxed breakfast and one more walk to the beach but the noise was so bad we packed up and left

Family vacation with teens

Very nicely appointed condominium, Lovely pool and relatively easy access to beach. Elevator nice for elderly parent and luggage transport. Very quick response for issues related to a trip hazard for elderly parent. Ice maker stopped working. only 2 key fobs problematic for 10 adults wanting to do their own thing. overall great time

Loved how close we were located to the private beach. Our second floor room overlooked the pool so we watched the kids swim. Communication with the property manager was very quick. The washer smelled bad and our clothes did not get cleaned. Probably just the filter needed a cleaning. Overall we enjoyed the condo 👍🏻

Beautiful, well planned vacation destination

This unit is gorgeous! Lots of places to store clothes and hang towels. Plenty of beds to sleep a large family or to bring a few friends. The location is perfect! We have stayed in Seagrove for many years and this is probably my absolute favorite!

Best Beach Vacation!

I was highly impressed with Warren Beach Rentals customer service! They were so easy to communicate with and always responded very quickly, not to mention so very helpful! We had a an amazing Labor Day Beach Trip - Thanks to Warren Beach and this beautiful condo! (Perfect location, super short walk to the beach, and ALL the room!) We will definitely be using them to plan our next trip! Thanks so much! Love, The King Family

Spacious and clean condo

Wonderful trip to Villas at Seagrove. Condo is decorated nicely, and we would stay again. Property was clean, and maintenance dealt with issues we had quickly. (Replaced broken garbage disposal, replaced light bulbs, fixed guest bathtub faucet, fixed sink drain in master bath, and replaced molded shower curtain.) WiFi is extremely slow and spotty, so if you NEED it to work, you should prob inquire about speed before you book. Easy walk to the beach, and the pool was great and clean! Eat next door at The Perfect Pig while you’re there - delicious! Can’t beat 30A for a beautiful beach!

Spacious condo

Spacious condo for two families with small children. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, mixing bowls, cutting boards etc. the bunk room ran a little hot so a fan might be nice, but other rooms were great. The balcony was a great space to hang out and watch the kids swim. The beach is just a short walk. We did a have a leak in the laundry room. The property manager left a bucket but never did come back. It was not really an issue. My only complaint would be that I requested information prior to our stay multiple times regarding which chair company provides chair service to that stretch of beach and I received misinformation two times. I finally had to call around and find the company for myself. FYI...For a busy week, I think rented chairs are a must with small children so you can see them in the ocean. The property itself is great! I would highly recommend it.

Property was clean but we had to get towels, supplies and beach chairs as none of this was in our room as the website said they would be. The property management did an excellent job trying to help us.

Garbage disposal was leaking and dripping into small white container underneath the sink and it looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned out and stuck to holy hell.

Received the wrong code for gate and unit. Not a great way to start. Someone dropped the ball.

Property was very nice and spacious. Enjoyed the balcony most of all. We wanted to boil shrimp but there was no pot. Unit said was fully stocked. Someone needs to have sofa cleaned. Beautiful white sofa is brown.

GREAT location and very spacious!

We fit our party of 10 comfortably in this condo and could not have asked for a more convenient location! The condo is well stocked with tons of games and beach chairs/equipment. Management was very easy to get a hold of with questions before our trip and we never had any issues during our stay. Will definitely be back!
