We had a fantastic stay. This was our first time in Watercolor and the location of this condo was perfect. It was so quick and easy for us to walk to the pool and beach, and we could also easily walk to Seaside for more dining options. The condo itself was just as pictured, clean and tidy with everything we needed. We also appreciated that the host was able to communicate with our Babyquip provider for some rentals for our toddler, which was very convenient for us!

Absolute Perfection

Traveled from Cleveland, OH with my husband and two boys (12 & 9). It was our second trip to 30A but our first stay in Watercolor. You cannot get a better location than Mel’s condo. Walkable/bikeable to everything. The condo itself is

Incredible vacation prime location

We loved staying here super close to the beach, shops, restaurants, trails, pools and beach. The condo very spacious and clean. Host was awesome at communication. We really enjoyed the balcony that over looks the park. We will be back next summer. Can’t wait to plan our next vacation here.

This beautiful townhome is in a perfect location, accessible to everything in Watercolor. It was very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. I will definitely be staying here for all my future visits to Watercolor!

The property was a quick walk to the beach, shopping, and eating. The unit was nicely decorated and comfortable, with a beautiful view from the front balcony. We had everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. This is a great place to stay and the owner was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing teen spring break

This was the perfect spot for myself and two teens. Everything is walkable and the condo was beautiful. The screened in porch was great at night. The owners were very quick to respond and very helpful.

Perfect Thanksgiving week stay!

Very cute and clean condo. Nice porch with a swing. Coffee pot is very high tech for these boomers but figured it out. We would love to stay here again. The walk to the beach could not be easier. Two king beds with good mattresses and two equally nice bathrooms made it perfect for two couples. Bedrooms have blackout curtains.

Perfect Stay in Watercolor!

This was a perfect unit for our fall break visit to Watercolor. The unit has everything you need and more - so nice to have the basics stocked for laundry and kitchen cleaning. The location was perfect - walkable to all the Watercolor shops and restaurants, the Beach Club, beach access, and also a quick walk to Seaside.

This property was incredibly clean, well stocked, spacious and had the best location steps to the beach club and less than a 10 minute walk to Seaside. We could bike everywhere so having the two bikes included was awesome. We loved playing games at night; they had scrabble, a deck of cards and uno among others available. Mel was very communicative which was a huge bonus and provided lots of restaurant recommendations. Would definitely stay again :)

Home Away from Home

This was the second year in a row that we stayed in this condo. It had everything we needed to feel like home away from home. The appliances are updated. There is plenty of cookware and tableware. There are plenty of board games to keep kids busy. The location can’t be beat with its proximity to the beach club, restaurants, park, and trolley stops. Mel is very communicative and helpful. We loved both stays.

Great Stay

This condo was exactly as pictured and described. The location is 300 steps to the WaterColor Inn (we counted!) and there was no need for a golf cart since everything was in walking or biking distance. The condo comfortably fit 4 adults. We needed extra bikes (2 are provided) but the rental shop was only steps away. The condo included extra linens, basic kitchen ware, and a nice coffee machine. Our favorite part of the condo, besides its location, was spending mornings and evenings on the porch swing. The owner was also very communicative and made us feel welcome!

Perfect place at the perfect location!

Sea la vie is a gem at Watercolor. We will definitely be back! We had four adults and two teenagers. We had plenty of room. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed down to salt and pepper, trash bags, dish detergent…. All the little things you forget at the store and many rentals don’t have. Everything was easy to find and well marked The location is perfect and the second floor adds privacy. Literally two minute walk to food and shops. And also the watercolor beach club. Mel was wonderful to communicate with and made the process easy and stress free! We vacation at watercolor every year and this is by far our favorite spot! Thank you Mel.

Perfect Beach House

First time to the area and this Beach house was perfect! Had everything we needed. The house is stocked and the beds were super comfy. Great location where you can walk or bike to all Watercolor and Seaside has to offer. We loved the house and loved the area.
