My review…

Great location/beachfront view. Unit well stocked, A/C worked well. Maintenance was very responsive to come up and fix a few minor things we found when we arrived. Only issue that management needs to address are the locks on exterior door did not always lock..hit or miss several times.

It todays day and age of rental properties, you always get anxious with booking. My experience here was absolutely amazing and beat ever expectation. Communication was fast. Agency was able to accommodate my requests. The beach was private and intimate even during a peak holiday. Would book again.

Great stay for a small family

My husband, myself, and our 2 y/o stayed here for a few nights. The ease of getting to the beach was great with a toddler and the view from the porch was wonderful. I also appreciated the laid back furnishings and decorations (no glass tables for my toddler to run into). We have stayed at a few places around 30a and this is one of our favorites so far! We would stay here again. The only downside is parking. We once returned to have our one designated spot in the gravel lot unusable due to the two cars on either side parked too close. Thankfully one was a cleaner and she left soon after we arrived, but at peak season I can see that there might be some parking troubles due to tight spacing and no lines. Still, not enough of a problem that we wouldn't stay again.

Lovely vacation

Everything was great. Had trouble with door code when we got there but called and Paradise customer service rep fix it right away. Also had a problem with a smoke alarm that went off for no reason and we couldn’t turn off and the maintenance folks came right away (after hours and fixed it. Overall great rental.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay. The beach was amazing. Highly recommend the chair/umbrella rental! The guy was so accommodating. Would have liked more info on local restaurants, because most need reservations. Also, the tub could use something grippy in the bottom. It is rather slick. I did experience a fall.

Perfect for us

Just needed a quick getaway on a beach and this place was perfect. Condo is a little dated but you can’t beat the view and location. We loved that there were several restaurants within walking distance.

Amazing View

The only negative thing I could say about the property were the ceiling vents( which is silly I know) not being cleaned and the parking. The parking was very tight but besides this it was absolutely amazing! Tons of good bites near by and the view was astonishing.

The apartment is dated and would need some TLC, however, it was extremely clean and we were so please with the location, few steps and you are literally in the water. Will definitely visit again.

End of Summer Vacation

The property is older, but was clean and in a good location. It rained at the end of our trip for a couple of days and our room leaked water. There was a small leak from the ceiling and it leaked terribly around the windows. Outside of these issues, it was great.

Great location with a beautiful beach.

First time staying in this area and it was absolutely fabulous. The condo is a little dated but it was super clean and in a fantastic location. I think the only negative is that the parking is a little tight. We are definitely going back!

Enjoyed our stay. The home was nice and well equipped. We were close to places to eat. The beach access was great just a bit crowded. Make sure to rent chairs or get up early to reserve your spot on the beach! Parking is definitely an issue.

Beautiful view

Gorgeous view with easy access to the beach! We loved the area and that it was not crowded and didn’t have partygoers! It was very family friendly. The condo could use a little updating, but that didn’t affect our stay. We had one minor maintenance issue that Paradise Properties addressed immediately and courteously. Great service! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything I needed. You can hear the people above you walking around, which was the only downside.

Nice place and location

Perfect location, just steps to the beach. Nice place. Comfortable beds. Coffee pot did not work well, should be replaced. Chair rental service was convenient and very reasonable.
