Everything about our stay was wonderful! The location was close to the beach and restaurants. The entire area was pet-friendly. The size was perfect for us and the unit came with everything we needed. And the view was great too! We would definitely stay here again.

Location is within easy walking distance to beach. You can see the water from patio. Pool was a warm/comfortable temperature for March. Hot tub was HOT and if you are like me and get to much sun on day 1, it was too hot to go in until day 4. Property was nice and they had carts to utilize for getting stuff to room on 2nd floor (elevator also). Would be great if room had umbrella and chairs but you can rent at beach. Bring your own bluetooth speaker also.

Loved the condo and area. Just wanted a close dog friendly beach and had to drive 1/2 hr daily to do that. Other than that it was really pretty. People are nice but the last day on the beach, someone took my dogs new life jacket. :(

Nice spot for a several day visit.

Nice smaller “studio apartment” condo. Short walk to the very nice beach. Short drive to restaurants, shopping. Fully functional and reasonably equipped kitchen. Elevator to second and third floors.

We had a couple big issues with this property: 1) we were traveling in 2 vehicles, but this property only allows for 1 vehicle to be parked on site. This was not listed on the VRBO property detail or description. Had it been listed on the VRBO site, we would not have selected this location. The property owner offered 2 options - park in public parking or drive to PCB and leave our vehicle at their office. 2) the old construction of the floors/ceilings leads to very loud walking noises above you as you sleep. I dont fault our neighbors directly above for walking around at 1am, but it was loud enough to keep us up. On a positive note, the property location is great with close walking access to a gorgeous beach, and coffee shops/restaurants a very quick drive away. Also, they provide beach chairs/umbrella for the beach (stored on porch)

Enjoyed the Stay

Great Place for Small Pets!! Comfortable, Nicely Decorated and in a Good Location!! Perfect for 2 Person Stay!! Elevator and Carts were a Real Plus for moving Goods in and Out of the Condo!! Parking was Adequate!! Nice Deck with Relaxing Chairs!! Could hear the Beach but Limited Visibility of Beach due to other Condo Building between Our Condo and Beach!! Short Walking Distance to Beach was a Plus!! Bikes were available however, we didn’t chose to use the Bikes!! The Big Chill Food Court was Nearby Short Drive which was a Real Plus!! Overall a Good Place to Stay and we will Return again for another week’s Vacation at the Beach!!

Property Management Ruins Great Places

We booked the Summersalt on a last minute short stay vacation. We have booked numerous places on 30A before but this was our first dealing with “Paradise” properties and will be our last. We booked a VRBO because we did not want to stay in a hotel. We arrived to find very limited supplies and NO cleaning supplies whatsoever at the property. The place itself is very nicely decorated and very convenient! Now to the bad part - we arrived to find multiple areas of dried dog urine where a male dog had sprayed throughout the condo - including down the side of our bed, on every rug, and a dried spray area down the wall and onto the floor in the kitchen. Our first interaction with Paradise Properties, Brooke told us “we can’t get someone out here today.” Their chosen check in time was 4pm, we arrived at 4:15pm and by the time we arrived and brought our stuff in and found the mess, it was 4:50pm. Brooke acted completely nonchalantly about the urine, but did offer for someone to come clean it the next day. We did not feel comfortable with this as we chose a VRBO over a hotel due to the security of our valuables. After multiple phone calls it was decided that someone would bring us some cleaning supplies to clean it ourselves, which we were not happy about but okay with. The next day we had to make several phone calls about them messing up our beach chair reservations with rude encounters once more. Summer was finally able to fix it for us and was the only helpful person we encountered.

Great Location, Clean, Comfortable, and Small

Wonderful stay in outstanding location. We enjoyed the brand-new bathroom and were impressed with the cleanliness! Couch and bed were very comfortable and appeared to be fairly new. The common amenities (heated pool and hot tub) were extremely clean and in beautiful condition. Loved the easy walk to the beach. Extra bonus points for allowing us to have our dog.

Great location - a bit off of 30A and 1 block from the beach. Easy to go east or west to restaurants. Comfortable bed. Mostly very clean - floor/rugs not perfectly clean. One sliding glass door has a broken seal so the view through it is foggy.

Late summer paradise

Quite adequate room with balcony overlooking the pool. We wish people wouldn't let their bevy of young kids yell and scream and cry endlessly at the pool, and wish everyone would keep their dogs on a leash.

Birthday Vacation

My fiance and I stayed here for our Birthday's. The property is very nice, and well maintained. Pet friendly. Short walk to the beach. Maybe 5 minutes. The unit we stayed in was very nice. It was clean and had everything you would need to enjoy to your stay. Highly recommend it.
