Described to the “T”!!! This house was perfectly placed by the pool, beach, and Seaside!! Everything was accessible from a bike or short cart ride. We are definitely staying here again!! Absolutely perfect…cozy and quiet, with palms out from to give it a little tucked away feel.

Perfect little beach getaway

We booked Beachy Keen for our family of 4+2 friends during our fall break. It was clean, spacious, nearly renovated, and perfect for our group. A quick walk to the beach or convenience store. Plenty of space to spread out. The included golf cart and bikes were icing on the cake. We hope to come back again!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect…tucked away and quiet but still walkable to the beach. The home was beautiful and clean. The property management team was responsive and easy to work with leading up to and during our stay.

Cute and private!

We had a wonderful stay at beachy keen. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Loved the golf cart, bikes and the closet full of beach stuff! Allowed us to travel light! Thank you again!

Great fall break

Plenty of room for everyone. Great location between the Hub and Seaside for the boys riding the bikes. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. Made breakfast, lunch and dinner most days and found everything we needed in the kitchen.

Family of 5 2023 Summer Vacation

Great house for a family of 5. We traveled with a 7,12,16 yr old. Perfect location. Having the gas station on the corner was very convenient for ice etc that was needed for the beach. Great street to let the kids ride bikes through.

Rent this house!!!

Rent this house!!! It was so peaceful! It was the perfect getaway to this charming house! We loved that every bedroom had its own bathroom. Just a quick little drive on the golf cart to get to the beach! My 80 year old mother with dementia really enjoyed the front and back porches!!! Gorgeous beach, great shopping and fantastic food! We can not wait to come back again!

Quick and kind communication

We appreciated our host's quick and kind communication with us! We also loved having a golf cart and used it daily- super helpful because we had family staying nearby and it enabled lots of time together without having to drive every time. Our kids commented on how comfortable the bikes were - we used them as often as we were able!

The pictures made the house look alot larger than it was but it was good. There were a few light bulbs out and the pool was small from what pictures showed. Overall we had a great time and would definitely return!!

Nice location

First time to stay in Sea Grove. We usually book in Seaside but we liked the idea of getting more house for the money (extended family coming with us) and the golf cart and bikes came in handy. Location has several restaurants within walking distance and a convenient store. Beach was also very close. We used the golf cart to drive into Seaside most days and reserved chairs on the beach. The house contained everything we needed and more.

Perfect Beach House

The stay was a 10/10. The location to the beach and shops/restaurants, the accessibility (especially with the included golf cart) and the space within the home were superb! The home was incredibly clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious fridge, FULL size washer and dryer (which was a huge bonus with having children!) and the street was quiet and quaint. My only complaint is a few of the blinds were broken and missing the part to turn up and down- but aside from that, our stay was perfect!

I greatly appreciated the communications with the management. I had a question just before our trip and while staying. They got back to me right away. I like having the city lamp post right outside the house. We definitely enjoyed the golf cart and the simple walk to the beach. Also having the gas station nearby to grab anything we desired. We would definitely come back.

30A stay

This is a great little place about 200 yards away from the beach. We were there just recently for the songwriters festival. It was kinda chilly so we didnt get to utilize the typical beach amenities like the golf cart or bicycles. Im sure this house would be very nice in the warmer months. Yet for us, it was a great location. The house itself is very comfortable. Just a few minor suggestions: could use a few more kitchen knives and wine glasses. Other than that, I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

Another fantastic week!

This was our second time staying at this home. The location is excellent, we love having the golf cart and our 4 kids loved the bikes. We had an issue the first night with the water heater and a leaking outdoor faucet. I texted the company and they immediately called us, arranged to have everything fixed then called the next day just to check in on everyone. We like to stay different places, but honestly, Beachy Keen just ticks all the boxes that we see no reason to look elsewhere! Hopefully we will be back next year!

Stay review

Dishwasher was not operational, shower door in hall bathroom was broken, lamp in bedroom didn’t have a bulb, clock on living room wall wasn’t working. Ceiling fan in living room not operational. I felt like this property needed to have some attention to detail.

It was ok for the price.

It’s a pretty modest unupdated house. No garage and no comfortable outdoor area. Decent front porch but terrible furniture. It is a short walk to the beach, but listing fails to mention the quickest route is not accessible by car or cart. It’s on a dead end that is gated to the road on map. Not terrible for the price but the golf cart is definitely bait. Bike tires all low with no way to inflate. Dryer vent clogged. Old beds. Get what you pay for.
