We had such a great week in 30A! This is the cutest little condo - while not huge, it was all our family of 3 needed for the week. The decor was a lovely beachy-modern, bed super comfortable, teen son was also cozy on the bunk, and most of all, super clean. Location was great for casual dining, and we were able to ride the bikes further to explore. We are not familiar with this area, so it was a fun experience. Our friends stayed nearby, and we are already talking about rebooking the same trip for next year! Hated to leave, but if we go back, we would love to stay at Serene Seven again

30A family getaway

This condo was described well, and the pictures were accurate. It was very clean. The beds were very comfortable, and there were lots of towels. The kitchen had all the essentials other than paper products such as ziploc bags, foil, etc. that we needed but no spices, cooking spray type things if you’re planning to cook dinners. They give a nice welcome bag with a couple items (trash bags, laundry detergent, and dishwasher, coffee pods). The only complaint was the pool was not warm, and it was advertised on the listing as heated so be aware of that. We spent most of the time at the beach because the ocean was warmer. The pool was pretty empty the entire time we were there probably for this reason. We would stay at this place again because of the great communication of the owner, cleanliness, comfort, and close location to everything.

We loved our stay!

This was a great choice for our weekend getaway. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable, the host was nice and very accommodating with any questions we had. The location was excellent, we loved being less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and it was pretty central to anything we wanted to drive to. Bikes were fun and convenient to ride. Would definitely stay here again!

**Review:** We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to enjoy the sun and sand every day. Spring Break/ Easter 24

Great place and location for a family of 4 or less. Had an issue with a bike and it was fixed promptly. Nice that the place comes with 2 bikes. Heated pool was very nice and the Easter sunrise service on the beach was awesome! It was Atlanta’s spring break and crowded but we didn’t let that bother us. Public beach access is very limited now with private beach signs everywhere and staff guarding beach areas. We have been coming to this area for 8 years and beach access was never an issue. There were vast areas of the beach without anyone but still being guarded. Hope this doesn’t continue and was just a spring break thing.

Amazing little get away

Just what we needed. We searched for the perfect place for just the 2 of us and this place was perfect! The location was perfect! We ate at the Italian restaurant just right down the road. We took advantage of the bikes and biked to Blue Mountain, Grayton and Seaside. We loved Seaside so much we ended up there 2 nights. Not a bad bike ride at all. We rode bikes everywhere we went. Also used uber to get to and from airport and that was with ease. We’d definitely come back again. Thanks for being an amazing host!

Fun in the sun

Super cute condo. Nicely remodeled. Clean. The bunk beds were great for our 6 and 11 year old. The pool was nice and not very crowded. The location was great! Easy to get to the beach or into Seaside. Restaurants, ice cream and snow cones all within walking distance. Loved having access to two bikes. Perfect for a couple or small family. Fun was had by all!

Lovely vacation

We loved our stay! The condominium is beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable which meant a restful week. It is centrally located on 30a. The beach access is close and easy to get to. We road the two bikes that are provided daily. It was wonderful week and we will definitely stay here again. Five stars!

Central 30A location

We wanted to check out 30A living, and this property was a good home base for exploring. The bikes were great! Beach access was only a block away. Property manager was very responsive. Kitchen well equipped. Small unit, but they made good use of the space so it didn’t feel small.

Great Getaway

Thai was the ideal place for our little family of three. The home was clean, well decorated and convenient to the beach and area restaurants. There were plenty of towels and the beds were super comfy. We used the bikes every day. The management company was very helpful and responsive. Overall, really great trip.

Cute condo close to the beach.

Cute condo with updated finishes. Very close to the beach and other hotspots such as Seaside and The Hub. Pool was nice and low-key in the evenings. Having the 2 bikes was a plus and a nice amenity for our family. Property host was responsive to questions. Would recommend.
