Lovely stay

Our condo was great! The beds were super comfy..even the pull out sofa for the kids! The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking. We hadn’t been to Tops’l in several years and it is still beautifully maintained. The condo was also very clean when we arrived. We stayed for Spring Break and found Topsl to be a great location. Security was good and we felt removed from all the “spring break” crazy. The door from the master to the balcony needs replacing. It gets stuck and is hard to open. Thank you for a great trip.

Loved our stay!

Amazing property, amazing location. You truly don’t want to leave when you get there because it feels very cozy. Gorgeously put together with decor. The AC during this trip’s heat wave worked so well, at one point we had to turn it down. This area is incredibly busy during summer (of course) but the property doesn’t feel that way. Everyone is quiet and respectful as well as kind and friendly. You have pretty much everything you need to stay. In unit laundry is a godsend. Easy access to the beach, tram service was very efficient too when we were all tired after the day spent there. Having access to two pools was fantastic as we had a younger child with us that loves to swim in a not salty ocean all the time. We will never stay in any other area of Miramar!

Excellent Location

The property sits in a perfect location because Top Sail State Park and Coffeen Nature Preserve are on one side This means that there aren't crowds and the beaches are beautiful. The unit was really nice and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again .

Great location, awesome views

My family of 4 loved the condo. It was clean, spacious, and luxurious feeling. Thr condos appear at least 20-30 years old but this particular unit was very nice and the finishings were updated. Master bed was comfortable. It was nice that there were beach chairs and toys for our use. The kitchen had everything we needed too. We will book again next year!

Great condo

The condo was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated with a beautiful view off the balcony of the water over a nature preserve. Plenty of space for our family. Short 5-minute walk to the beach or a quick elevator ride to the nice pool at the back of the building. The amenities in the unit and on the property were great overall. Katherine was highly responsive throughout our stay and was able to arrange for us to access the fitness facilities for a daily rate. We would definitely stay in this condo again!

Great condo!

Condo was perfect for my family and I. The condo was on the 6th floor which was high enough to give us a view of the ocean over the lush green landscape. The Summit pool and hot tub were nice. The ocean pool is in need of some minor repairs.

We’d stay here again!

We were very happy with our stay at this condo. They have renovated it and it is all up to date and was clean. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. They had a beach cart, beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. You can also rent chairs and an umbrella from the condo itself at the stand near the beach. We ate at the Blue Dunes Grill at the pool and thought the food was really good. We hope to go back sooner than later.

Top Notch Condo!

We have stayed in a few condos prior to staying here, but this condo is definitely worth your money! It is gorgeously remodeled and up to date. Very clean, the beds were comfortable. When going to the beach, they provide chairs and an umbrella along with a wagon to pull it in. It has an awesome view. Walking distance to the beach isn’t to far. It is also very quiet and the noise level is peaceful. Overall I would stay here again and again! Highly recommend :)

Relaxing AF!

This was our first time to Destin and we’ll be back! We ate, shopped, slept and lounged by the pool. The unit was beautiful and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The location was perfect, the unit was also in the perfect spot...not too far from the elevator and pool. The beach was a bit of a hike so I never left the pool. It was quiet, empty at times and loved feeling like I had a private pool. I can’t wait to visit again.

This condo is perfect it's way bigger than I thought it was from the photos. The decor is great. The master bedroom bed is soooo comfortable and the view is amazing. The privacy staying at Tops'l is a must. The other condos I've been to in Destin are so crowded this was so peaceful and QUIET! The summit pool never had more than 2 to 5 people which was great. This condo is super clean and everything is well maintained. Very nice furniture and kitchen. We couldn't of asked for more!

Thanksgiving at its best!

My family and I rented this condo as well as the adjoining studio. When I say this place is the best. O.M.G! I got the best sleep that I have had in a long time here. The decor was beautiful. The pictures didn't do it justice. There was enough space for the 6 of us and not be cramped or invading one anothers space. I will definitely keep this place on my list of "rent agains".
