great space

This property is just as promised! Very spacious, everything you need! Communication was amazing not too little or too much and no issues at all with the whole process. One thing I will say just about this town in general—the public beach here is TINY so be prepared for that if it is busy season. 100% recommend this condo though!

Love Blue Mountain

The location and distance to beach access is very good. You can also walk to bakery, Ice creamery and restaurants. Disappointed in master bath as shower door was broken and in desperate need of updating. Kitchen could use a deep clean and there were bugs on the counter every day. Also if it is raining you can’t sit on covered patio as rain runs through the covering so you’ll get wet. Lots of room though if several people are staying. I honestly would like to give better review but these things need to be addressed.

Short distance to the beach in a home away from home

At first, I was shocked to find one of the bedrooms not done with the dirty bedding on the floor and no fresh linens anywhere. Then we discovered an exploded Dr Pepper in the freezer. But after a couple of calls, somebody came pretty quickly to fix things even though it was already quite late (9pm). We then enjoyed our stay very much (even though the water hoses in the washer were connected wrong, and somebody had to come out again the next morning).

Great place!

A bit outdated but I love that this place is only a walking distance from the beach. So we didn't have to worry about finding a place to park. The only downside is the pull out couch is broke. It was stated in previous review about the broken pull out and it was never addressed my son said it was so uncomfortable. But other than that it was great!

Fall break

This property is nice and location is ideal. The decor and Interior is somewhat dated, but the condo had everything we needed for a week at the beach. I did not give 5 stars because 1. The upstairs is warm... there is one unit for the condo. We would freeze downstairs but could not get it cool enough at night. 2. The master shower did not feel clean, there was some mold in the tiles and sliding doors. Short walk to beach, fun area and gorgeous white sand, blue water and awesome sunsets.

Nice location

The condo is in the middle of 3 units. It is a nice walk to the beach. The beach entrance doesn’t have much parking and there is no ramp. The condo is clean. I’ve stayed at condos before that provided condiments and seasoning, this was empty. The unit is quiet mostly. The sofa bed was broken and we couldn’t find a blanket for my kid that had to sleep on it. The mattresses aren’t the most comfortable but they do the job.

<1 block walk before you hit sand

I was a little skeptical as there were no prior reviews on this property, but I was pleasantly surprised it looked as the pictures showed. The pics online seemed photoshopped, but they’re accurate. Very clean, nicely furnished place. The location was excellent, the building and patio deck cover your car so no rain/mist or even salt spray. Each bedroom has a patio deck, and then the main large patio deck is off the living/dining room.

Great rental!

This townhome had plenty of space. It was ready and clean when we arrived. Kitchen was great - very well stocked!! Beds were very comfortable. They provided plenty of extra bath towels which was so nice! Very short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend!
