Everything was so nice and newly renovated. Living room sectional was super comfortable as was the king bed. Porch furniture was lovely too. Excellent oceanfront.

Wonderful girls trip!!

My friends and I stayed here for the first time, and we can’t wait to come back! The place was fantastic and location was PERFECT! 10/10 experience with this property! We are hoping to make this place an annual stay now!

So great!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely condo. It’s exactly like the listing, and WOW!!! I’ve never had a place be so immaculately clean!!! The view was beautiful and we enjoyed it thoroughly. The area was both quiet and very conveniently located off 30A, close to The Best Key Lime Pie EVER - Old Florida Fish House. Would definitely recommend and return :)

Beach trip

We got away for a little post holiday vacation around a friends wedding. Great time. Quiet beaches the unit was perfect for watching the waves on chilly days. Would have felt a bit more comfortable if there was a way to secure the door from the inside but that’s about it

Spacious, comfortable condo with great views!

Just as pictured online - the couch was super comfy and the views of the beach were great! Third floor unit but the stairs weren’t bad. Will definitely stay here again! Property management was very responsive to our questions about parking and wifi - both issues resolved quickly.

Hugely enjoyed with 2 exceptions. 3rd story and no elevator, at our age had I known this it may have influenced my decision to rent, And being expected to pay more money to use chairs assigned to the unit I rented, not a positive

Perfect for Girls Getaway

Nice place!

The condo is very clean and updated. Everything about it was good except the TV was very hard to operate (we do not watch much TV but it is nice to have it on in the mornings). There were NO directions for it either. The price is very high compared to what I have been paying for other condos at this property for the last 20 years. I understand inflation but the fees were astronomical. Not sure we will stay here again because of the price. But the place is very nice.

Beach Vacay 2022

Overall we had a wonderful experience. We love staying at this property. The location is ideal for quickly getting to shops and restaurants while providing a quiet and secluded stretch of the sugar white sands on 30A. A couple of things about this particular unit were a little disappointing. The air conditioner in the loft bedroom did not put out cold air. The sink on the main level was clogged, The coffee pot is a little rinky-dink unit and kept shutting off mid brew, and there’s no good lighting around the dining table. All these things are easy enough to fix and it would not deter us from staying there again.

Very nice condo. Only negative was a couple of issues with cleanliness/housekeeping. Toilet bowls not completely clean, shower curtains had mold and mildew. Noticed handle on microwave is broken. Not a biggie for me since I don't use microwaves.

Quality Stay

It’s right on the beach. It’s super roomy. Amazing view and great amenities. I would go back in a heart beat. I only had a few complaints. There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor. We found a few ants in the apartment and the tubs didn’t drain properly when we first arrived(I suspected being a beach proper it can happen and they sent someone out to fix it). Overall I would book again. I will make a disclaimer I don’t need a to enjoy myself. Appliances were good and the rooms were clean, except for a little bit of mold of the shower curtains.

Beautiful and perfect stay for our little family

The condo was very nice and clean. Beautiful views from the living room and balcony. The furniture was comfortable and relaxing. The only critic I would have is that we were not able to get the tvs in the bedrooms to work. It would have been nice to have written instructions on how to get them on and working. Thankfully the living room tv was very easy to manage. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Spring Break

This property IS on the oceanfront. It has been renovated. It was not clean, at all. Sandy master bedroom floor, kitchen appliances filmy with fingerprints and grease on stovetop, sink not clean. No stopper in main bath. Bring salt and pepper, I feel that’s a given for a rental to supply. There is no elevator, we were on the third floor. Trash on stairwell the entire week and the outside of the building is unattractive. You are paying to be on the beach and the beach is lovely. Make sure to put white piece of paper on your cats dash or you will find a huge, hard to remove sticker on your driver window. It’s your parking pass. We will not return.
