The Village Unit 412 is a thoughtfully designed condo that combines comfort and style, featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a sleeper sofa to accommodate up to 6 guests. Whether you’re planning a short retreat or an extended stay, this unit offers everything you need for a memorable experience.

The living area is a cozy space where the sofa bed easily transforms into a queen-sized bed, perfect for extra guests. Unwind with your favorite shows on the TV, or step directly onto the porch for some fresh air. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator with an ice maker, toaster, blender, and standard coffee maker, ensures that meal prep is a breeze. The dining area seats four, making it easy to enjoy meals together. You’ll also appreciate the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer. The first bedroom features a queen-sized bed, TV, and a private bathroom with a single vanity sink. The second bedroom also includes a queen-sized bed, TV, and wardrobe closet, with the second bathroom located just off the bedroom. This bathroom includes a combination tub/shower and a single vanity sink, ideally situated near the laundry area.

The Village BMB provides an array of amenities designed to enhance your stay. Fire up the grill in the parking lot for a barbecue, or stay active in the on-site fitness center. Take a refreshing dip in the large community pool, or enjoy the heated pool during the winter months, from October to March. The playground offers a great spot for kids to have fun. Plus, with the beach just a minute's walk away, you’re never far from the sun and surf. While golf carts are permitted, please note that parking in the lot is not allowed; guests must rent a space if parking a cart.

Guests can access the beach via the public Blue Mountain Regional Beach Access, located approximately 0.8 miles from the property. This access point offers restrooms, parking, and a convenient boardwalk to the sand. Nearby options also include Gulfview Heights and Grayton Beach State Park.

The Blue Mountain Beach neighborhood has something for everyone. The local creamery has made its mark on this delightful neighborhood - when you come to Blue Mountain, you have to stop for their homemade ice cream. Just a short drive west and you’re close to all the shopping, restaurants, and entertainment of Sandestin, Miramar Beach and Destin. Go east and you can visit all the popular South Walton beach communities of Grayton Beach, Seagrove, Seaside and more.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.
