    Leeward II Unit 4 tiene vistas a las playas de aguas color verde esmeralda y arena de azúcar. Este condominio frente al mar está idealmente situado en Seagrove Beach, cerca de Eastern Lake, que los lugares a medio camino entre Seaside y Rosemary Beach.

    Al entrar en la unidad se encuentra el dormitorio con una cama queen size, un baño completo, así como el rincón de literas. Más allá del rincón de la litera se encuentra la sala de estar de concepto abierto y cocina con un sofá cama. Fuera de la sala de estar es el porche cubierto, perfecto para observar las olas mientras toma un descanso del sol.

    Usted encontrará tres accesos a la playa conveniente durante su estancia en Leeward II Unit 4. Hay un acceso a la playa privada para el edificio, así como dos acceso a la playa pública que están a menos de 3 minutos a pie de su puerta. En el acceso de la playa pública del este del lago, usted se encontrará parado en la arena entre el golfo de México y el lago del este, uno de nuestros lagos dunares costeros raros, que conecta a veces para crear una piscina perfecta para que los niños salpicen adentro.

Loved the location, right on the beach. Chairs and Umbrella were setup each morning. The space had everything we needed inside. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the ocean.

Great family location

Off the tourist track away from the college parties and the girls walking around in the g-strings. Mostly families with kids and not super crowded area. Beautiful view and right on the beach. Great location.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is AMAZING! It’s steps from the beach. The daily chair/umbrella setup is super convenient. The water is unbelievably clear. The unit was clean and cozy with an awesome view from the balcony.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo. The views from the balcony were incredible, we ate every meal out there. We could hear the sound of the ocean even back in the bedroom. The beach was spotless, chairs and umbrellas were set up early each morning, it was tranquil and peaceful. The beach is perfect for walking long distances by the water line. The bed was comfortable, kitchen well equipt for pots, utinsels and pans. They included a roll of paper towels and soap/scrubbers for dishes and the dishwasher. You will need to buy any spices or oils needed for cooking. There is a Kurig and regular coffee pot for coffee. The parking lot is right outside. We can’t wait to come back!

Short stay

Everything was great except beds, planned to use sleeper sofa and it Opened to just springs. Perfect beach access but condo had no frills or updates and beds and living room furniture were very uncomfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay! You can't beat a property right on the beach. The unit was well stocked and had everything we needed. One suggestion would be some better pillows and a larger wall mounted tv. We would definitely book another stay!

Awesome Getaway

This was a PERFECT spot for my daughter and me to have a little getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed having the large sliding glass door looking right out to the beach and the ocean. And of course when we wanted to go out to the beach, it could NOT have been easier or more convenient. The condo itself was updated nicely and again was just perfect for us!!!

Perfect location

Great spot and location for family! Located directly on the beach- comes with beach chairs and umbrella set up! Also had a community washer and dryer which was a must with littles. The only downside was the WiFi wasn’t working properly the whole stay. I even reset the modem a handful of times. So that was inconvenient. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Slightly overpriced

This property is in need of some upgrades. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and some finishings are in rough shape. Over all the stay was pleasant but we felt it to be a bit over priced.

Great condo and location but has thin walls

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is right on the beach, and our chairs were dutifully set up and waiting for us each morning. The view is BEAUTIFUL! The unit was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.The unit does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a community washer and dryer at the bottom of the stairs.The downside of our stay was the thin walls. We could hear every footstep and sometimes conversations when voices were raised. Bring earplugs and a loud sound machine.

Mattress

The mattress was horrible. My wife and I only slept in the bed the first night. Very disappointing!
