Loved the location, right on the beach. Chairs and Umbrella were setup each morning. The space had everything we needed inside. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony each night to listen to the ocean.

Great condo and location but has thin walls

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is right on the beach, and our chairs were dutifully set up and waiting for us each morning. The view is BEAUTIFUL! The unit was clean and the bed was quite comfortable.The unit does not have a washer or dryer, but there is a community washer and dryer at the bottom of the stairs.The downside of our stay was the thin walls. We could hear every footstep and sometimes conversations when voices were raised. Bring earplugs and a loud sound machine.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location of this property is AMAZING! It’s steps from the beach. The daily chair/umbrella setup is super convenient. The water is unbelievably clear. The unit was clean and cozy with an awesome view from the balcony.

Perfect location

Great spot and location for family! Located directly on the beach- comes with beach chairs and umbrella set up! Also had a community washer and dryer which was a must with littles. The only downside was the WiFi wasn’t working properly the whole stay. I even reset the modem a handful of times. So that was inconvenient. We will definitely be coming back to stay!

Great beach spot

The condo was clean upon arrival with the exception of the floors. I had to sweep the floors to get all the sand up. Many reviews mentioned a bad mattress but we decided to roll the dice and I thought it was fine but my husband said he didn’t sleep at all. Beach chair service was great and the condo is in a great location. Perfect if you are coming for the beach and don’t have to have a luxurious condo. If you’re driving a full size vehicle, it will stick out of the parking space. Management company was excellent to deal with. Overall we would recommend!

Slightly overpriced

This property is in need of some upgrades. The mattress is extremely uncomfortable and some finishings are in rough shape. Over all the stay was pleasant but we felt it to be a bit over priced.

Awesome Getaway

This was a PERFECT spot for my daughter and me to have a little getaway. I thoroughly enjoyed having the large sliding glass door looking right out to the beach and the ocean. And of course when we wanted to go out to the beach, it could NOT have been easier or more convenient. The condo itself was updated nicely and again was just perfect for us!!!

Great location!!

We had a great stay and really loved being right by the ocean with chairs/umbrella set up for us every morning. Nice deck from the condo to look out on the beach and ocean. There were a few items we had issues with (e.g. light bulbs, coffee maker) that the host addressed very quickly. Suggestions - replace the mattress/pillows, provide a cable tv service, add rental bikes, add bottom step to the beach. it seems to be missing. wasn't an issue for us but could see it may be for older guests. Enjoy!

Great family location

Off the tourist track away from the college parties and the girls walking around in the g-strings. Mostly families with kids and not super crowded area. Beautiful view and right on the beach. Great location.
