Summer Beach Trip

This condo is beautiful and spacious. It’s very clean and our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host is wonderful and helpful, the pool is fantastic and it’s family friendly. We were here to enjoy beach time and a wedding. What a great week!

all around excellence

Have stayed at many properties over the years in the 30a area and this one checked all the boxes: great communication, location, amenities and basic supplies, cleanliness (including the pool!) and beautiful views with a short walk to a private beach. Will definitely be staying here again!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this property for 5 nights! Proximity to the private beach, access to the pool, within walking distance of ice cream and the location couldn’t be beat! There was ample space for our family of 5 with 3 young boys, it was really clean, decorated nicely and had all the kitchen gadgets one might need available! Best of all, the view from the balcony overlooking the pond, pool and ocean was simply spectacular. We can’t wait to visit again!

Wonderful place to stay: great location to restaurants & cute shops, view from balcony, comfortable, decor in condo, and gorgeous blue water & white sand! Renting bikes was fun & convenient. The condo had everything we needed and very clean! Absolutely loved our stay here!!

beautiful views, convenient location and great beach access. great welcome package and customer service. the coffee maker broke the first day and the property manager quickly replaced with new coffee maker same day.

Excellent stay!

This condo is so lovely and comfortable! We had a really great vacation here- so convenient to the the beach, we used the 2 chair set up that comes with the property (heads up the beach valet has lunch from 12-12:30) and we loved just walking out the beach with minimal stuff :) The apartment AC worked great, comfy living room with good TV, an iron, hairdryer, hangers- lots of little touches that make this place feel loved. We will be back!

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!

This unit was so much more than we could have imagined. It was spotless, quiet and had the most beautiful views. The private beach was quiet and the chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. Just a beautiful quiet place. Huge unit with a huge balcony. It was not busy at all and most of the time we had the huge pool to ourselves as well as the beach in the evening. Will 100% be back year after year. We will never look for another place again!

Great Christmas!

My family and spent Christmas at this property. It was perfect, very clean and comfortable. They even decorated for the holidays in advance. The views were beautiful and easy access to heated pool, hot tub and beach. The weather was a little cooler than usual but still enjoyable. Great location to shops and restaurants. We plan to be back. Thank you for the extra touches. Happy New Year.

Beautiful condo, great views

Comfortable condo with plenty of space for 3 teenagers and my husband and myself. The location is perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and right on the beach. We love having the pool when you want a little break from the beach. It's so nice to be able to walk back and forth from the condo to the beach quickly for a snack. The views from the balcony are incredible!! We spent a lot of time out there. The workout room has a good amount of equipment and is kept cool. We had an amazing time and hope to be back next year.

Just right !

Perfect location and lovely condo for our fanily trip. This condo had everything we needed for the week. Walkable to some of our favorites spots. We ranged in age from 1 -73. We would be thrilled to stay here again. The beach wasn't crowded. The complimentary umbrella and chairs was a plus. On the balcony there were additional chairs and beach things. The pool was the perfect size. The condo was equipped with most items we needed.

Beautiful condo close to everything!

We have been staying at homes in Santa Rosa for years, but this year we really wanted something right on the beach with a pool that was super convenient for our family with a 4 and 2 year old. This home was just that! Not only was it very convenient getting to the beach with just a short walk down the pier, but it was close enough to walk to gulf place for a drink, dinner, ice cream, etc. and a very easy drive into seaside/grayton. The home itself was perfect for our family. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. We loved enjoying a glass of wine on the patio after the kids went to bed and listening to the sound of the waves. We would 10/10 recommend and we will be back!

Just book it!

We were so very happy with our stay at Aquascape! The house was portrayed and the three levels made it perfect for our two families. I had worried about the walk to the beach…but it wasn’t even a walk at all. Literally one minute. The pool was a good size and well used, beds and linens were great. Our only complaint was with beach access, which the owner has no control over, the public beach area was very small, with private beaches on each side. It worked okay for fall break because there weren’t many beachies, but if it was crowded you’d have to go further down to the bigger public access. The house and neighborhood was worth it. Owners were easy to contact and very quick to respond. Wonderful vacation rental.

Stunning View; Stellar Service

This property will be my choice for all future trips! The small San Remo building, tucked away off 30A, is beautifully maintained and strategically located. We loved so many things: This 3rd floor condo was in a prime viewing location. My pictures look like post cards. The floor plan was idea for our group; the 3/3 arrangement allows everyone their own space but also has a large living, dining, kitchen area for hanging out together. The patio is quite large, with comfortable furniture. The pool and hottub area are very clean and easily accessible. We enjoyed the heated pool in December! Best of all was the service provided by the owner and management team. We had an issue at the beginning of our stay, but they did everything in their power to make accomodations until the permanent fix was made. I can't say enough good things about this team - 5 stars all the way! Thanks again for a fabulous two weeks!!

Beautiful views and GREAT location!

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. Communication and check in/out process was super easy, condo was very clean, close to stores and restaurants, and most importantly, access to the pool and beach was one of the best we've had. The views were beautiful, the complimentary 2 chairs and umbrella were great, and we loved the private beach. It wasn't crowded at all, and there weren't many steps to get to the beach so easy to take a wagon. Because of that we'd definitely stay again. There were a few small things that I wouldn't say are complaints, but things to be aware of. They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper/bathroom and 1 paper towel roll (whatever is left - not necessary a full roll), no spices or condiments other than salt and pepper, or bathroom supplies like shampoo. Just something to be aware of. The 2nd master room was a bit small and had a light right outside the window that made the room bright at night. Regardless, we'd stay here again because the location was absolutely excellent! Thank you!
