Memorial Day stay

Awesome Seaside experience

After growing up going to this area, we brought our own kids and staying in this spot allowed them to enjoy the magic of the town (7 & 8 years), we were in the center of everything - pools, beach, town, stores, bike paths. It was so convenient and the unit was spotless and spacious. The four of us had more than enough space. Property management also more available than any other host we’ve ever had. We’ll be back!

Great Location

We loved our stay in Seaside! Upon arrival the unit was a bit tricky to find but we asked a local shop owner who walked us to where the stairs were that lead us to the unit entrance. The parking is on the other side so we didn't know where to go, but once we parked we didn't need to move the car for our entire stay and the location was great! Very comfortable condo! Our family loved it!

Loved location!

The condo was nice and modern. The only issue was carrying luggage up three flights of steps. There was no one to help assist and no elevator. For the price we were paying, we shouldn’t have to carry heavy luggage & no place to store before check in The exterior balcony needed a lil help. Peeling paint on doors. We loved the convenient location to shops, restaurants and beach.

July 4th Vacay

The condo was perfect and the location was ideal!! Just be prepared for lots of people and crowded streets and restaurants during July 4th holiday!!

2 Sisters Seaside , 360 Blue

The property was nice but not well manage by the property company. We arrived to no Wifi and told that it could not be fixed the entire stay (4 nights) but that they would follow up and there would be a discounted rate as I was counting on the Wifi for a few virtual business meetings which I could not attend. it also meant that there was no TV so we missed the French Open Tennis finals and NBA finals as well as the news and weather during our stay. there has been no follow up in 6-7 days.

Great location

The condo was perfection. We couldn’t have asked for a better location for walking to anything and everything we needed/wanted. The condo was clean and spacious. The ocean views is what will win anyone over though. Just breathtaking!!

Thumbs down Management Co.

Overall unit is a plus. VRBO was great. 360Blue manages the property, thumbs down big time. We will avoid properties managed by 360 Blue. We are longtime VRBO renters. Properties are going to have issues, thats just life. But what is inexcusable is not being able to reach the property manager. Virtually non-existent communication. Spent hours on two separate occasstions trying to reach them. First was bike lock code provided was inaccurate. Finally got VRBO on the phone (thankfully) and they were able to get 360blue on the line, The code provided was 1 digit off, it happens. Called called called and never could reach 360blue (more like 360 black and blue). Next day, private beach access code was wrong. Called called called , never could reach anyone. Finally got a call back and they said they would look in to. The Cabana guys manning the private beach entrance saw our dilema and thankfully allowed us in. They witnessed code not working, but we had arm bands. Only after several hours we got an email saying the code was good....no, it wasn't. We'll avoid all 360 blue managed properties on 30A

Outstanding location

Even though the 3 flights of stairs is well documented it’s not fun lugging your stuff up and down. The location is superb, literally in the middle of everything. When we pulled out the sofa bed the previous dirty sheets were still on. Clean sheets were available and we made it up. Pool access was convenient and you’re steps away from shops, eateries and the beach.

Labor Day weekend

We stayed in sister 2 for Labor Day weekend. The condo is in the center of Seaside! Great location. My only issue was the property manager would not return my call or u was on hold for a long time. I had questions regarding parking pass, where to put the trash and issues with one of the TVs. Otherwise a great stay.

Perfect spot

Here, you are in the middle of it all! Enjoy the beach, shop, and eat right “next door”. Or get one of Nigel’s chocolate dipped bananas just below you (you can even check out their line from the comfort of your balcony). Ride the provided bikes in the beautiful neighborhoods behind you. Sit out on your balcony each night and “people watch” with a cool breeze lulling you to relax. Be aware, as mentioned in the description, this unit is on the 3rd floor with stairs only- so loading/unloading can be a bit of a challenge. We didn’t mind it because of the convenience of the rest of it. It was the perfect couples’ retreat for the 2 of us!
