Beautiful place with a great view. The beds were comfortable and the place was stocked with a small supply of the necessities- trash bags, laundry detergent, new sponge and dish soap, even enough dishwasher detergent for the stay. This was so helpful! One complaint was the fridge was subpar. The freezer kept ice frozen but just barely and it thawed our food, and never froze the kids’ popsicles. When we called, we were told to give it another day and then it would be 4-5 days to replace, which didn’t help us as our stay was 4 days.Fridge kept things just cold enough for acceptable. However, overall was awesome place and we loved the look and location!

Wonderful time here.

We had a great experience and enjoyed our time here. Clean, good communication with the host, close to the beach, and plenty of supplies available throughout our stay. Would highly recommend it!

We had a great experience however, they wouldnt let us check in/drop bags any earlier than 30mins before. Also, there was no dust pan to pick up the sand that we kept sweeping up.

Excellent Stay

Beautiful place to stay, close to everything but far enough away from the crowds. Super clean and short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the pickleball court and pool as well.Communication with owners was easy and they were great! Would stay again!here again!

We had a wonderful time. The beach was gorgeous and it was such a great location. Watching the sunset from the balcony was perfect. The condo was well taken care of and had everything we could want. Hope to come back soon.

Dreamweaver-Excellent stay!

My family and I just completed our stay at Dreamweaver in Santa Rosa Beach. The condo was great and in what we feel is the best location in the Santa Rosa Beach area next to Eastern Lake. The Beachside Villas was perfect with the community pool and tennis/pickleball courts to give our kids activities outside of the beach. The condo is close to lots of great dining/shopping. We rented a golf cart and really did not even need to get in our personal vehicle all week! The host is excellent and provided great communication both before and during our stay. Very pleased! We will be back!

Beautiful inside!! Walk to beach was beautiful! Beach was easy to access. We were told it was a private beach and we could get fined if we walked or sat on it. We needed clearer instructions where the beach was concerned. The wrong size coffee filters were left so needless to say we ran coffee grounds and water everywhere. Were no condiments or seasonings left to use for cooking. Oil or butter.

Fall Break Stay at Beach Side Villa

Perfect Location

The property is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. It was very clean and comfortable, and has a lovely balcony with a view of the water to the end of the balcony. The location is absolutely perfect, so so close to the beach, with an easy walkway to get there. The beach is gorgeous, white sand, crystal clear water, and not as busy as we thought it might be, given we stayed July 4th week! We also made use of the tennis court and pickleball court - great fun once the sun went down, and they were in good condition. The area this condo is located in is much quieter than other areas along 30A towards Seaside, and we liked that. We did go into Seaside once, and it was so packed and crowded we did not repeat the experience. Returning to the condo, and the complex it is located in, was a very pleasant escape from the crowds! There are some shops and restaurants nearby. We liked the Beachy Bean for coffee and breakfast, and The Old Florida Fish House was nice in the evenings for a bite to eat, or just to stop in for ice cream and hang out for a bit on the dock there. Cafe 30A is also not far away, make sure to get reservations early if you want to go to this restaurant as it is very popular. Our favorite restaurant was The Great Southern Cafe in Seaside, and if we hadn't had to deal with the crowds we would have eaten there multiple times! Chanticleer was also very good and much easier to get to.

Santa Rosa Vacation

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean. Only had a couple of issues, but they were promptly taken care of. Only thing I might mention is, they had said a couple of the restaurants were just a 2 minute walk, but they are not that close and we did have to drive to everything. But the traffic was not bad, so it was not a issue. Overall, love the location, private beach was very nice, and it is just a 2 minute walk, and clean. We would visit again.

Incredible beachside property

We stayed at this property and had an incredible time staying here. This property had everything we needed for our 4 days of stay. Utensils, cookware for homestay. chairs, umbrellas, sand toys and buggy (to carry all this stuff) to the beach. The community was only a few steps away from the private beach which was way less crowded than beach with public access. Communication with property manager was great and we loved our stay here. Would love to come again if this is made available.

Great place

Great place, close to the beach, the beach walkway did not have stairs which was really handy for taking the wagon full of stuff to the beach every day. Hosts were very thoughtful - included beach play equipment, several beach chairs, several beach umbrellas, and a wagon for all that. and several tennis rackets if you want to take advantage of the tennis courts. Pool was good size, and it helped that we were there off-season so not a lot of people in it.

Our original accommodations turned out to be a disaster and the owner worked with us to confirm a last minute reservation allowing us to enjoy our vacation. Great location, will definitely return.

Much needed get away!!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how amazing our stay has been!! This condo is perfect!! All the amenities!! All the added touches! from kitchen necessities, to darlin decor! We had everything we needed!! It was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas, towels and a WAGON!!! Omg! Even though its about a 2 min. Walk, nobody wants to carry all that stuff!!! SO NICE!!!! The view from the patio is amazing!!! So beautiful!!! We are so happy that we chose to stay here, and we cant wait to come back!! My friend and I both needed a perfect vacation getaway, and you provided everything perfectly!!! Thanks again so much!!! Tonja and Kevin 2022 #oribeallday!
