We loved it. Short walk to the beach. We didn’t really use the pool. The condo is great. Bathroooms are great. Kitchen is great. Strongly recommend paying for chairs. Those guys are out there at 530 setting chairs so if you wanna be front row on your ocean chair then rent. We rented four chairs two umbrellas and was way worth it. Restaurants shops and a liquor store all within couple 100 yards walking. We enjoyed Shunk the most. Great margaritas great view great food.

Great Beach Access

Our Condo was beautiful: Decorator-classy/pretty. Directly off main road. The beach access was GREAT. (Located right next to Public Beach though...) Shops and restaurants across the street were very nice and convenient. COMMUNICATION: Norma Jean was readily accessible, super friendly. Accomodating an early arrival. She even left a sweet cake and balloon for our teenager's Birthday. So thoughtful and a lovely extra! Any and all needs met... We had a wonderful stay! Ideally though, there would be lovely mauve-gray velvety black-out curtains in the bedrooms and sleeping areas, even living room for glare, and maybe some way to create privacy on the patio---located right next to the pool. And, irrigation sprinklers were directed at patio every other morning... NOTE: If your teenagers are interested in the activities at Seaside, a bike ride is too long and disconcerting for a parent. For adults, perfect getaway! Thank you!

Awesome Condo at the Villas!

I've stayed in about 5 different units at Villas of Santa Rosa over the last 10 years. This unit was probably my favorite! Perfect location, recently updated, and right next to the pool. Management was awesome fixing an issue we had almost immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thanks!!

Location! Location! Location!

This was the absolute best vacation rental we have rented in a long time! Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed on hand! The view and access to the beach were fantastic! Would definitely return!!

Beautiful View

This beautiful condo has a great beach view. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching porpoise swim by frequently. We had a few things that needed addressing and the property manager was great addressing that. The condo is on the ground floor an the complex pool is immediately next to it. There wasn't a lot of activity in the pool when we were there but it might be something to keep in mind if you rather not hear noise. Security lights at the pool also make it difficult to have a darkened master bedroom. Several places to eat within walking distance.

Wonderful location, gorgeous view

We absolutely loved our stay here. This was our first time in this area and the location couldn’t be better. It is directly on the beach with just steps to the boardwalk. We have never stayed in a ground floor condo before, but the short distance walk was great. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need and more. The kids even had beach toys/boards to play with so we didn’t have to buy any. The condo was like new with everything it offered. It is very bright in the bedrooms in the mornings, so if you are use to the dark like us you may need to bring a sleep mask. The owner responded to every message/concerns I had before and during our stay which was great. We will definitely be back again!

Our family stayed here in 2017. We discussed how fabulous the property would be if certain renovations occurred. Those renovations have occurred and it is perfect. The rental price went up significantly. However, we believe it is worth it and plan on returning next summer.

Love the Villas

We stayed in the particular condo for our stay this month. I have stayed in many of the ground floor rooms previously here but this was our first time in this condo. We enjoyed the comfort of this condo and it is right next to the pool. It’s also one of the few condos who have a bbq grill on property. If you have little ones I highly recommend it. We did not hear any children in the pool in the morning hours as I had read previously. The only thing I missed was my tempurpedic bed. The condo has lots of goodies in it for the beach. There were sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and least we not forget a couple of box fans which we love even thou we brought our own. I don’t really have any complaints but after staying in others I would say that I missed the pantry that most of the others have. We did however find a lot of space in the cabinets. My mother struggled with the fancy stove and all its buttons. If you hear beeping that is what it is. The light that comes through the master is super bright even at night with the pool lights but that would not deter me from renting it again. We just have very dark curtains in our bedroom at home. There is some puzzles and a few games for those rainy days. Wish they might have had a few novels to read as our swimming was closed for a few days. I actually left one of novels by choice that I read for someone else to maybe enjoy on those days when you couldn’t do much. Everything you need is pretty much across the street at Gulfplace. We would stay here again I’m sure or pretty much anywhere on this property. Property Manager Norma has been wonderful to work with and I will continue to book through her for future stays.

Beautiful condo, great location and beach close walk away.

We had some issues upon arrival no WiFi, noisy dryer ventilation and one broken toilet handle but all problems taken care of by competent workers. A little annoying waiting on repairmen but once up and running it was awesome week. Even with three days of rain. We hope to return soon. The manager really worked hard a getting the issues corrected as quickly as possible.
