Beautiful condo in a nice complex, close to the beach. We rented a golf cart, which made it easy to get to restaurants, etc. The property was nicely decorated and had all the essentials, although we did not cook. The kitchen seemed to be fully stocked. Would definitely stay again

Great Home Base for a Wedding Weekend

In town for a wedding with an adult child and his plus one, we really enjoyed our stay. The Villages has a nice pool, fitness room and is walkable to an excellent restaurant. The condo had plenty of space for the four of us, was well stocked, clean and matched the photos/description in the listing. We would definitely stay here again.

July at Dolphin Corner

Property was very clean, but in old building with blown, burned outdoor electrical outlets. We had to charge our rented golf cart at a different building than one we stayed in—this was an inconvenience. Also paper towels and toilet paper made available as starter kit were definitely cheap dollar store crap supplies. For the money we paid to stay, I expect soft toilet paper-not sand paper.and paper towels that do not tear into small pieces when removing off of roll. Dawn dishwashing liquid was the only nice item included in starter kit.

Santa Rosa Beach trip

Loved this property- wish we had had more time to stay! This was a terrific condo for my son and I to spend a couple of days relaxing at the beach. Close to multiple beach access points and a great little taco shop within walking distance where we enjoyed a meal and live music one evening. Would definitely book here again.

ABSOLUTE PERFECTION

We have just spent a week at Dolphin's Corner and we can't say enough about the property. I am EXTREMELY picky about cleanliness, and I must say, this is the first time I have vacationed somewhere that I can honestly say was perfect! It was so clean it looked brand new. The bathroom is usually my point of concern, but these bathrooms were exceptional...juat so so clean!! Kitchen was well stocked..not that we used it much as there are too many wonderful restaurants in the area. The decor is lovely and very very comfortable . We especially enjoyed our morning coffees on the front porch. Location is in quieter part of 30A, but close to all the other beach villages. We just had a beautiful vacation. Thank you thank you thank you!! 😊

Very comfortable condo located close to the beach along scenic 30A. Great coffee shop located right at the beach. Nice amenities and easy check-in process. Would stay again! Beds were super comfy!

Review

Property was fabulous. Clean, cute, soft beds, etc. But- of three nights in the condo we had about an hour of volumn on TV. Called first night, no response until next morning stating they would send someone out to fix with new remote. Came back in that evening and had sound but no new remote. Had to be corrected via the Roku app(?). Turned volumn down to answer phone call and never had it again. Called and sent text with no response. So, condo was great. Management not so great.

Fun in paradise!!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! It is so cute and close to shopping and restaurants. You can walk to the pool. Everything was as described - has an incredible time! Would come back!! Check out the Blue Mabel for happy hour and try the pulled pork nachos!

Not a great idea for a single mom with kids

Overall condo was beautiful…. Fully furnished and just as pictured. We will not be staying again however due to the unfortunate pool hours which close at sunset. That was not stated anywhere until we arrived at the home! The beach access…. NIGHTMARE!!!! Out of our seven day stay we only spent three days on beach due to the disaster of parking, getting ticketed, walking excessive distances, etc etc…. Not smart if it’s one adult and children. My biggest issue is the very poorly lit complex as well as the Main Street at night. It’s dangerous. Period. If you have very young children and want to walk, go elsewhere…. This is not a safe option!!!
