We have nothing but great things to say about this property we will forever come back to this little charming condo the staff was extremely friendly and informative…everything was spotless upon arrival the bed is extremely comfortable the bathroom was luxurious the view of the ocean was unreal I truly think this condo has the best view on the entire property the restaurants all within walking distance we’re amazing (Especially the ice cream at pecan jacks) and to top it off I proposed on the beach right across from our condo so this place holds a special place in our hearts now:) We could not recommend this place enough! We cannot wait to come back!!!!!

Overall good but would not stay again

Stayed at this condo for two nights. Overall was good but would most likely not stay again. The kitchen had barely enough pans to cook and not very well stocked (not even salt or pepper). We were planning on using the pull out couch but when we opened it it had a used fitted sheet with dead bugs on it, we texted the on the call property manager and received a very quick response to fix the issue but was very disappointed about this and the cleanliness. The lighting in the condo was a little difficult as in the kitchen there was very little to no lighting and in the bed room and main room the ceiling lights are so high up you must use a chair or stand on the bed if want to make any adjustments to the fan settings. The blackout curtains in the bedroom were great and we had no issue with the lighting from the outside, although many people would slam the door outside of our condo when walking to the outside hallway waking us up multiple times in the morning which was extremely frustrating. My favorite part was the view from the balcony which was very big and great for a coffee in the morning and location of the condo.

Very clean and perfect for 1-2 people. Within walking distance of a lot of places. Pool wasn’t heated and hot tub was not very hot either.

Gulf Place was excellent

My wife and I enjoyed our stay here for our anniversary trip this year! This unit was located in an area with so much to do. Destin and San Destin were only 20 minutes to the west and Seaside was also only 20 minutes to the east. We enjoyed being right across the street from the private beach access.

Bare bones and a bad bed

Beautiful unit with a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf and sunsets. For us, it was two over 55 (sister/brother) in town for a brief meeting with members of the franchise we just purchased/joined... there was little time in the unit. There was issues with the TV remote, then nothing local for news. The ceiling fan in the living room requires the light to be on, and the chain is about 10 ft up. We had to buy a wine key and the very basics. The sofa bed is shot. I have hardware in my spine and gave the bedroom to my sister. the mattress is about 3 inches deep, but well used, so you have to lay sideways between the bed rails. I was in pain the entire 4 days which was frustrating, while doing business. We could find a map of such to explain where the pool was in the complex, even though I believed the description mentions several pools. *****Location, Cleanliness, Price/if not using the sofa to sit on or sleep on or in(!!), the view. The very deep jetted tub looked nice, but we couldn't use it. The walk to the public beach and restaurants was delightful. We ended up leaving a full day early, had to pay more for the airline, but the backpain was too much.

Mixed Reviews of room 302

This was one of HIGHS and LOWS. First, the location is PERFECT! Right in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach, next to all of the restaurants, night life, and right by the beach. The room was cozy and quiet, however there were a few details that were annoying. First of all we were visiting by a young cockroach upon walking in. The fan and light in the bedroom are on the same switch, so I had to stand on the bed to turn off the light so we could use the ceiling fan. There is no chair or luggage stand in the bedroom to place a suit case on. The ceiling fan was off in the living room, my guess is it too was on the same power switch and someone got up on furniture to turn it off? Two of the three light bulbs in the bathroom were out, a bulb above the tub flickered non stop. But a MAJOR issue is there was NO WAY to fully cover the windows/door leading out to the balcony, allowing light to come in. And in the morning, full sun blares into the living room with NO WAY TO BLOCK IT. On top of that the bedroom window goes directly into an indoor hallway with a light that is on 24-7. While there is a curtain, this window should have a BLACK OUT. Fortunately we travel with eye masks, but still light comes in. That aside, the rental was worth the cost because of the location and it was quiet...but there should be working light bulbs, working ceiling fans, and the ability to block out the sunlight at 6am.

Please deep clean this property

I don’t leave bad reviews and always try to find the positive but it was pretty hard in this unit. The rug was so FILTHY that I’m not sure what color it is suppose to be. The sofa smelled. I had to pull out 3 spoons before I found a clean one. The forks were so bent, I had to straighten them out before we could use them. All of the door frames and baseboards need to be thoroughly cleaned. The grout in the shower is awful. On a positive note, the bed was very comfy, the balcony was great and had a great view of the water. Definitely will not return to this particular unit but will try other units on the property…after talking with someone about the particular unit we are looking at.

2-Night Getaway

Overall great place!

The view is the prize for this location! Wonderful views and a huge balcony. I would say it is severely outdated. The rugs are dingy and discolored. This place has such good bones but no effort has been put into making this updated in any fashion. The owner leaves the bare minimum for your stay - 1 TP, 2 garbage bags and that is all. There is also a window leak on the patio needs attention.

Great location!

This rental was perfect for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. The linens and mattress were very comfortable. We did not cook because there was no grocery nearby, but most of what you would need was there.

As close to resort as it gets!

This property was everything I needed for a long weekend by the sea! Wonderful ocean facing balcony, easy access to the beach, shops & yummy Gulf Place eats a couple floors below. Had everything you'd get at a resort, with a much bigger more relaxed apartment.

Lovely!

We had a wonderful time!! Everything was just as described….even better!! Loved the location, minimal furnishings and decor, (which made it seem so much larger and brighter), comfortable bed….and the large balcony and view was just awesome!! I would suggest adjusting the balcony table legs to prevent wobbling and easier open and closing of inside living room drapes. I will definitely rent this unit again and would highly recommend!!😊.

Filthy

We rented based on reviews of the cleanliness due to bringing our infant child. There was dust and mold all over the unit. I reached out upon our arrival at 7pm and didn’t hear back until the following day. My child woke up the. Ext morning coughing and with a runny nose. Call it coincidence but I can’t help but think the filth we were subjected to caused him to be sick. Stay at your own risk.
