Proximity to the beach and beach access are great! Condo is minimal. Furniture could use a good cleaning. One of the dining room chairs is broken. Part of one of the fridge doors is broken. Bedding, carpet and rugs had stains. Lots of lights were out and needed new lightbulbs. We had NO washcloths. We reported it to management and never received any. Upstairs neighbors were extremely loud until after midnight. Called the realty company emergency line around midnight and no one answered. Left a message and no one ever called back. Ended up having to call the Sheriff’s Department to file a report and get them to come make the upstairs neighbors be quiet. The sand and water on 30A rival any tropical location. We’ll be back but not to any property managed by Beachwalk Vacations. Owners need new management.

Home Away From Home

This place was AMAZING ! They condo was a Home away from Home with its size and amenities. Access to the Beach was a breeze and having the pool directly outside the backdoor made it so easy to go to and from, it was like we had our own pool. Would definitely come back and stay !!

Great location!

This was a great condo! Nice decor, clean, on the ground level. Community Pool is right off the back porch which is private because some large bushes. Each bedroom has their own private bath which was great since we were there for a wedding and all needed to get ready. Not far from Seaside and Rosemary. A few casual but good restaurants that are walking distance. A couple days we didnt even get in the car.

Perfect Location

Perfectly located on 30A with easy access to the pool and property amenities. Overall, we had a good stay, but the unit itself shows a bit of wear and tear. It’s clear it has been well-used over the years. With some updates and better upkeep, it could be an amazing rental.

The location of this condo is great! The instructions from accessing the beach could be made a little more clear, but once you figure it out it is just a short walk! Two of the blankets provided in the condo (one on the bed and one in the living room) had stains on them. We contacted the property manager and they sent someone out to clean the blankets, but they were never replaced. However, that was our only complaint.

Great location, spacious and nice decor. Could use extra beach key, basic low cost kitchen necessities, ie salt/pepper, coffee starter kit. Beach towels, chairs would be nice considering most people fly in.

Wonderful Condo

My family and I stayed here for the July 4th holiday. It was wonderful. The condo is spacious and well-located. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was right out the back door. We loved it with kids and will definitely be back!

Wedding trip

Very spacious condo (2200 sq. ft.). Attended wedding in Seaside. Spent time on beach (good beach access). Nice restaurants on 30A stretch. Condo is furnished well with pool directly outside back door. I would do it again !

Perfect Beach Escape

The property was as pictured! The location was wonderful in regards to access to the pool, walking to the beach, and walking to local shops and food. We had our two young children with us and the main floor with easy access to the pool was wonderful. It was well furnished and felt homey while beachy, it was perfect!

Great Rental for a Family Girls Trips

We stayed here for 5 days, 4 nights for a family girls trip. This is the perfect rental for adults as everyone had their own king sized bed and bathroom. It was also on the first floor (no steps) with a nice lanai area where we had breakfast outside. While parking was first come- we had no issues with parking and always had a spot. The whole unit was very clean and the rental company was very responsive of any questions. The only opportunity is in the one bedroom where the window faces the front door- there is a security light on at night that is very bright and will light up the bedroom even with the blinds down. Highly recommend booking this unit!

Great condo, great location, great atay

Hard to say anything negative about this rental. Super clean, open with plenty of space and light. Right In the middle of everything yet still private. Close to the beach, pool access at your doorsteps. People and venyes are great in the area. Only thing I would say the beds are really hard, especially the first room. Maybe provide some soft bed foam.....awesome stay. Coming back again....soon

Great getaway!

The unit was clean and comfortable with plenty of seating inside and out. We loved the back porch that led to the pool, the short walk to the beach and the bike paths right outside our condo! We rented bikes and a paddleboard from YOLO just down the street. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils, pans and dishware and there was enough dishwasher detergent, toilet paper and paper towels to get us through. The property managers were easy to contact through the website they provided and responded promptly. Just FYI: there was no laundry detergent, no salt or coffee, no beach towels, and no pool toys, beach chairs or umbrella. We ended up renting items from Southwinds Beach Service - the rental company suggested in the welcome email - who was easy to contact, easy to work with and relatively affordable. Also, there were no streaming services available on the TVs - just very limited Direct TV channels - but there were DVD players available. All in all, we had a wonderful time and would happily return!
