Incredible view. That was the whole purpose. Comfortable beds. Clean. Convenient location. Great binder with area attractions, restaurants, etc. Coupons for 1 free excursion per day was a great touch!

Great Weekend

Great weekend. Got to enjoy all that 30A has to offer. Only suggestion is have more than two rolls of toilet paper in the room and provide some basic amenities like the coffee set ups you get in hotels so that if people get in late and can’t get to a store, they can have a cup of coffee at the start of the next day before there off to the races.

Spring Break Getaway

I was able to enjoy this unit with two girlfriends for a short getaway. The unit, location, and beach chairs were just what we needed. Only thing we wished we had were more towels and some that were newer. We only had three and they were pretty thin.

Outdated, but great location

Excellent location, great management company. The unit needs updating. The TVs were a nightmare to run with all universal remotes & incorrect written instructions. Only two very small towels were provided in both bathrooms so take your own. No basic spices were provided (ie salt & pepper). I do encourage people to drop off any unopened, unused food at Food for Thought in Santa Rosa Beach.

Dirty Room

The location of this unit is fantastic. The beach, unit, building , etc were all great but we arrived to the dirtiest condo I have ever experienced after years of renting condos in the area. Food crumbs were on the floor, the dishes had to be recleaned, hair all over the bathroom, and generally the condo was dirty. We messaged management and they did offer to reclean, but after a long day of travel this was not a realistic offer nor how we wanted to start our vacation. Unfortunately, the AC went out our last day and we understand that systems can fail but it did make the last day over 80 degrees in the unit.

Family vacation

It was a great location and perfect for the family. Steps away from the beach. Easy to take a break from playing at the beach and able to walk back to the room and have snacks and head back to the beach. So we didn't have to cart everything down.

Not peaceful or relaxing

The mattress in the master bedroom was horrible! My husband and I didn't rest all week. The mattress was VERY hard which caused us both back aches and shoulder pain for me. When either moved to roll over, which was alot trying to find a comfortable spot, the bed would shake like jell-o. My husband slept on the couch a few nights to help us try to rest. The condo above us constantly was moving furniture which vibrated a squeak on the ceiling so loud you couldn't sleep. Then there was the person tapping on the balcony rail. You wouldn't think that would bother anybody, but for some reason from inside our room it sounded like it was right outside our door. It was loud. I'm sure that has something to do with the science of the building construction. If not for these things we could have rested and enjoyed our trip. We all slept 12 hours the night we got home. 😊

Needs a deep cleaning

While the correspondence with the management company was good, the cleaning service they use is in need of an upgrade. While unpacking and getting set up for the week, we noticed that our bare feet were literally black after only 30 minutes. Speaking of upgrades, the whole place could use one. Bedding was “ok” but not the most comfortable. The sleeper sofa cushions were so thin you could feel the springs. It was in a nice location - close enough to walk to center square in sea side but far enough away from the congestion. Doubtful that I would rent this unit again though

Convenient but desperately needs updating

A major problem with the property itself (Beachcrest) was the parking lot. It rained a lot, and the majority of the parking lot flooded severely, making it extremely difficult to park most of the week! The unit itself is a great layout but is in great need of updating and really needs new and comfortable furnishings. The balcony needs comfortable furniture in which to sit and enjoy the ocean view. It is very “tired” and it shows. The light switches are also all wired upside down, which is a relatively easy fix. This could be a knockout unit with a little upgrading. It wasn’t terrible, but not worth the price it costs as is. However, we did enjoy our visit.

Family Spring Break

The location of this property was perfect. The view from our balcony was great. The keyless entry was seamless. The rental credit was great for the much-needed bikes to get around town to check out shopping and great restaurants. Overall great experience and would definitely consider booking again in the future
