Location, Location, Location!!! It is steps away from the beach and pool area. There were plenty of supplies and kitchen things. We didn't cook much - mostly breakfast, but we had what we needed. The bathrooms are a little outdated for my taste but very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and spacious condo in a location that cannot be beat—right next to the beach club and a couple of minutes to the beach in one direction and restaurants in the other. An easy 10 minute walk to additional options in Seaside’s restaurant zone but far quieter at night. Condo is even bigger and nicer than the pics. We will definitely be back!

Great place

Great place to stay with the family. Only downside was they only stocked one roll of paper towel, one toilet paper per bathroom. Not a big deal but something to be aware of that you will need to bring. Fabulous location and very nice place!

Simply Amazing

This home is exactly what you need in Seaside! The location is just perfect, feet from the pool and sand, adorable shops below and a simple walk or bike ride to all the action in Seaside. I’m not sure we drove anywhere for a week. The condo has everything you could need, including a closet full of beach essentials. It’s beautiful, clean and updated. The two balconies are perfect for coffee, a glass of wine and people watching. The property manager was also fantastic, quick to reply with any questions we had or anything we needed. We had teenagers with us and they enjoyed all seaside has to offer. We will be back

Great location

House was adorable! Great location. Only two things would improve. Living room couch. Small and cold. Not comfortable for lounging. AC doesn’t cool upstairs very well with out freezing downstairs! Would stay again! Property management was fabulous! So helpful and quick to respond and help!

Great location

My family of 4 (husband 45, wife 42, son 15, son 12) enjoyed our stay at this condo in watercolor. It is directly across from the beach club/pool, right next to coffee shop and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk to food trucks and more restaurants! The unit included two bikes, so the kids could ride over to Club Watercolor to play basketball. Unit also included beach chairs, umbrella and body boards for fun at the beach. Great stay:)

Perfection location & amazing property manager!

This is our third stay in Watercolor and the first at this property. The location cannot be beat as you are steps away from the beach club and a short walk to Seaside. The property manager, Laura, was exceptional and made the difference of us wanting to stay at this property in the future. She was extremely attentive and thoughtful and even brought our daughter a birthday cookie cake upon our arrival as I told her we were celebrating her 13th birthday! The condo was lacking hangers and she immediately ordered some and delivered them, which was above and beyond. We loved our stay and can't wait to visit again next year!

Nice condo near the beach

The condo was very clean and decorated in a cute beachy theme. We enjoyed being very close to the beach and pools. My only complaints are that only 1 bathroom had a hair dryer and the couch in the family room was very stiff and uncomfortable. Also for the price that we paid I think there should be a bath robe in the master closet.

Great job! Nice place to stay

The unit was wondeful. Just steps to the beach and beach club, and convenient to all of Watercolor and everything around it. We enjoyed our time there and look forward to coming back later this year. The team did a great job communicating and they even let us check in a tad early which was greatly appreciated.

The BEST location!

You cannot beat this location. It was steps away from the Beach Club. There is a coffee shop right downstairs that we got breakfast from in the mornings and other restaurants across the street. It was only 0.5 miles from seaside (~10 minute walk) so we could walk down and let the kids play and eat at the food trucks. The condo was nice and clean. I have stayed in more updated places but the location is everything. The only thing to note is that if you plan on cooking a lot at the condo, the oven door doesn't shut all the way. We would definitely stay here again.

Best Beach Trip

First time in Watercolor and we absolutely LOVED the location of this property. My only negative is that the furniture in the family room could have been a bit more comfortable. However, the unit was so spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Being right across from the beach club was wonderful!! We will definitely be back!

Loved Watercolor!

The property was in an excellent location, close to resort, pools, beach, shopping. The bikes were a great way to get around Watercolor and Seaside. The condo was so nice, had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

Spring beach visit

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this pretty and convenient condo. However, there are several things to know before you go: • the unit is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator. Also, once inside the condo, the bedrooms are on the top floor. Lots of stairs! • there are no reserved parking spots. Folks from houses in the back part of Watercolor drive up and leave their cars all day. If you go to the store or out to lunch between the hours of 9:30-5:00, do not expect to be able to park in the condo lot. •The resort stopped making towel service part of their program. Lastly, we were eating lunch one day in the condo, when a man barged through the front door saying here was there to do maintenance. We let him do the work he said he was there to do, but you can imagine my horror when the rental contact said she had NO idea who the man was!! We ended up getting a small refund for the problem and it was resolved ok, but really unsettled myself and my husband for several days.
