Love Watercolor…. We have stayed in this condo many times in the past. One suggestion is to equip bedrooms with more comfortable pillows.
View from the balcony on the night of the full (Beaver moon)….it was magnificent!!

6 Watercolor SHINES!

This property is a 10 out of 10! It is close to everything you need for a successful stay in Watercolor! Only steps away from my favorite boutiques, places to dine, and the end all be all Watercolor Beach Club! 6 Watercolor is clean, comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. We LOVED sitting out on the patio and playing card games and drinking our morning coffee. I would also like to note that although we were in the buzz of it all, the condo was so very quiet! Great night’s sleep in the most comfortable beds! The management company was quick to answer any inquiry and were attentive and gracious. We will definitely be back! Thank you for sharing your home!

Extremely Clean, Comfortable and Convenient

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Watercolor condo. The property manager was extremely responsive and answered a couple of questions before we arrived as well as a couple before checkout. The condo was extremely clean, and the beds very comfy, which are my two biggest criteria. We were located right above a couple of shops, and I was afraid the noise could be a factor, but it was never an issue. We had a family next door who apologized when we first arrived, saying they had a baby and they hoped he didn't keep us awake. We never heard a thing. In fact, the location was fantastic. We walked everywhere -- just down a flight of stairs for morning coffee, a short 2-minute walk to the beach and pools, and an easy walk to a variety of restaurants. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We love 30A and decided to stay in watercolor because of the amenities for little ones. Loved the convenience of beach club in walking distance. Definitely recommend this condo for small families.

Fantastic location!

The location of this condo could not be any better. Steps from the beach club and a nice view of the square. Only complaint (minor) is that the electronics need to be updated (doesn't have a true SmartTV) and should come with a little extra toiletries (few extra rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, etc.). With that said, we'd definitely stay there again!

Beautiful place steps from the beach

My family and I had a wonderful time in this place. It was spacious, very clean with all of the amenities including bikes and beach toys. The location is spot on where you can do a pool day, beach day, food, shopping, kayaking, a workout all within walking distance. It was perfect. With two teenagers we kept ourselves busy for a week!

Watercolor Vacation

This was our 5th time staying at Watercolor but we've always stayed at the Watercolor Inn and only for a few days. We decided to stay a week and wanted a property close to the beach club. This location was great for my wife and I and our adult daughter to get some R&R and be really close to the Beach Club, pool and beach access. If you don't mind climbing stairs then this a great spot. It's close enough to walk back to for lunch and close enough to Seaside to walk to dinner if you like. The interior was well equipped and very clean and the beds were comfortable. We would stay in this property again, no question.

Great Week

We really enjoyed our time here! Location was great for our crew, didn’t like the stairs but couldn’t beat location. Minor wishes, for example that there was a couch not just a love seat. But overall met our needs well.

Best Beach Stay

We enjoyed the location across from the Water Color Inn resort and pools. With the armbands, The Beach Access and views were easy to get to. We enjoyed sitting out on the balconies when resting at the condo. The location is hard to beat.

Location!

This was the perfect location for my husband and I and my 16 year old daughter and friend. Although we were not expecting a 8 o'clock curfew for them on vacation. They went to get icecream at 8 p.m. across the street and the were bothered by someone reminding them of curfew. That is excessive.
