Excellent Location and well managed.

Benchmark properties were excellent to deal with. Flooring needs replaced badly in the kitchen and living room area and living room furniture could be replaced. Outside of that great location and safe place to stay.

The place was fine. Had a few issues, 1 with the electronic deadbolt, another with the dish washer, but those were remedied fairly quickly. The main room layout in the listing differs from its current configuration, I believe the layout in the listing would have been better. Kind a tight between the dining table and the sofa, then a bit too close to the very large TV. Was a bit surprised by the small-ish size of the oven but understand why. The walk across the street to the beach...then down the stairs and then to the east for the public beach was a bit of a hike, but I did not have to get in a car to get there. Overall good experience. I would recommend to others, but include the information above.

Not great

Upon arrival, the countertops were dirty, the wall by the garbage can had splashes on it, the sheets in guest bedroom were discolored, the patio has mildew on it, the couch and rugs are stained, the patio door won’t lock, the seal in master bedroom window is broken so window is very discolored. We were overall dissatisfied and would not stay again. Very low quality condo.

For a family of six, it was very accommodating. Everything you needed and a short walk to the beach. Place could’ve been cleaner but overall no complaints.

Nice Property but poor Management Co.

The property was very fairly nice. It was at the location we wanted to be at on the 30a corridor. The main complaint that we have is with Benchmark management the company that rents and manages the property. Benchmark is more about profit apparently so they do not provide you with the appropriate amenities. As an example they only give you one roll of Toilet Paper and tell you to purchase additional. That is a cheap way to handle a property that someone rents for a premium. When we arrived the blinds in the master suite were broken so you could not keep the light out (suggests The management company is not keeping the property up) and lastly, they said the property had a heated pool. That was misleading. From talking to residents, the pool Is only heated in March of each year. They misled us and accordingly we will think twice before we would stay in Benchmark managed property again.

Great family condo & close to beach!

This was our first time visiting Seagrove Beach & found this condo to be a great place to stay, central to other nearby towns like Seaside, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Rosemary & Alys Beach. The condo was just as described and well-equipped for a family of 6 . Beachwood Villas is a nicely kept complex with 2 pools and walking distance across the street to the beach access. We really enjoyed the balcony view overlooking the pool & the kids really loved to take a late afternoon or evening dip to cool off. Overall, we found this to be a great location and a great condo to stay in. Everything was clean, beds & linens were soft and comfortable & the kitchen was well stocked. Check-in was a bit delayed due to waiting on inspection which caused a minor inconvenience. There was no remote for the TV in the Master bedroom and despite an email to the property managers, it was never resolved during our stay. One negative experience came from neighbors in 10E. They were loud, left beach gear blocking the walkway & had a loud, drunken pool party that was not family-friendly which kept others from visiting the pool. This unit is not under the same management and I discovered not much could be done. Thankfully, we still had a great week in spite of it, but it does reflect on the entire complex & everyone's experience if others are being inconsiderate.

Clean, easy to get to and wasn't that far from everything

Our unit was over looking one of the two pools, we had plenty of privacy and hardly anyone was using the pool. We were just a short walk from the beach which was nice.

Loud and hot

So location is great for beach and pools are easy access from the condo. It was not terrible at all, BUT we could hear people all around us: little kids, partiers late night, movement in the condo above, etc. The temp is supposed to stay at 72 degrees, so at night w/ sunburns it felt HOT! It was a good vacation, but we probably won't use this property again.

Very good location and facility

It was a great place to stay close to great beach and shopping and bicycle paths very friendly Community. Nice clean well-kept rooms with a view of the pool and the sound of the Gulf nearby.
