Beautiful condo and incredible ocean view

From check in to check out we had a first rate experience. Everything worked, we had a comfortable stay. The view off the balcony was my favorite part. Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Home With Amazing Views

Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us! From the well appointed interior to the spectacular views from the balcony, we enjoyed our stay! We were able to walk to many local restaurants and spots like Cowgirl Kitchen (my fav), Blue Mountain Baker, and of course the Blue Mountain Creamery. We look forward to coming back soon!

We have stayed at this particular unit for the past 3 years and it has been absolutely wonderful. We have dealt with many different property management companies over the years but hands down Your Friend at the Beach is the absolute best! They are professional, friendly, excellent communicators and they make sure everything is as it should be!

Vacay 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was amazing in every way! We had originally booked in Destin, but had to reschedule and Nancy was just amazing! The condo was very spacious and well appointed. It smelled so nice and clean when we arrived. There were five of us and we had plenty of space. The beach was beautiful(other than some June grass)and was only a short walk over to the stairs. The stairs were a little bit of a challenge for my 84 year old Mom, but we seen this in the pictures and were aware. The property had gas grills that we used several nights and we also took advantage of the two free bikes. We had a wonderful time and hopefully will be back next year.

The condo was beautifully decorated and the ocean view from our balcony was amazing. We enjoyed the week on the beach, swimming in the two pools and visiting shops and restaurants on 30A. The condo was stocked with everything we needed to cook on the nights we stayed in. It was a wonderful experience and I plan to come back.

The unit is not overdone with furnishings which gives it a more spacious feel. However, there is plenty of seating for everyone plus guests. This was our third year to stay Thanksgiving week and have already signed agreement for next year. Fourth floor water view is magnificent!

Your Friends At The Beach really do go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need to get your vacation started on the right foot. The beach and pool are short 2-3 minute walk. The views from the balcony can’t be beat. The pool area is clean and spacious. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful property again. Hands down the BEST condo/property we have stayed at.

30A Annual Fall Vacation

We have stayed at Adagio many times and this was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in . Beautiful Furnishings and the Beds were extremely comfortable. I would also like to Compliment the Staff at Your Friend at the Beach, they are the best Rental Broker in the Business. I had one small issue with the Air Conditioning when I arrived and I called and they immediately called me back and my issue was settled in minutes. Would Definitely recommend this Condo to anyone going on Vacation at Blue Mountain Beach!!!

Wonderful Girls Trip

We are a group of 'girls' in our 60's who have dumped the men, adult kids and pets and spent a week at the beach for 15-ish years. We love our martinis - wine - cocktails - shopping - and cooking. We have spoiled ourselves with some outstanding 30A rental houses and condos. I gave Adagio A402 four stars and the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it could use a little bit of updating (bathrooms mainly) and since we do a lot of cooking, the kitchen could use more types of accessories typical for entertaining. Deck furniture was uncomfortable and there were too many pieces crammed on a small deck. Your Friends At The Beach was our rental and property management company and they DEFINITELY deserve five stars. Communication was fantastic. Overall a successful and fantastic week to add to our yearly tradition ! !
