Big giant roach in condo; massive. They said it was a palmetto bug. Same difference? They were supposed to come spray- never did. lots of stairs. Hard to lug suitcase up 3 flights- parking was iffy. Walls were dirty. Basic furniture- nothing fancy. Had to wait 2.5 hours for internet tech to come in and fix internet- was supposed to be 8am. They didnt come until 1030.

We were super excited about this trip, and we booked this condo for a whole week. We showed up, and the washer did not work. We let them know, and we were told that it would be fixed two days after we notified them. It never got fixed, and we were told they had to replace the whole machine. They are hard to get ahold of, and they do not do things in a timely manner. I had to contact them multiple times before they messaged me back. Do not bother even calling them because they do not answer. I have requested some sort of refund because we had a six week old and thought we would be able to wash clothes while we stayed for six days. We ended up having to go buy more clothes because there isn’t a laundry mat close, and the other washer within the condo was out of order. There is also no elevator, so be prepared to climb three flights of stairs to get to the room. I wish that was disclosed because it was a lot getting up and down with a baby and beach gear.

We were in town for a baseball tournament and decided to stay on 30A, which never disappoints. The outside of the condo was freshly renovated and looked amazing! Inside was just as nice. Very clean and open, no clutter! Perfectly nested on the beach! Love this place and will recommend

Great location

Perfect for a few days stay. Could use a little more detail cleaning in bathroom and some more drinking glasses but over all was amazing and met all of our needs. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

I would Recommend

The location is perfect. We had an issue with the key pad (battery dying) and got locked out of the unit. This issue was addressed quickly. The internet would not connect the entire time (arrived Friday and departed Tuesday). I sent an email and tried to call but never had that issue resolved. I tried to call someone but it was over the weekend and no answer. It only mattered because we had someone in our group taking a summer course and she needed to do some online classwork. Overall the place was tidy, had great beach access and located near delicious restaurants and shopping.

Great Condo

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and comfortable. Would suggest adding a toaster and cutting board. Overall we were very happy with the condo and especially the location.

It was ok

The location was good and it was close to the beach.It was not very clean. There was hair all over the bathroom and the bath rug was really dirty. The top bunk had a stain on blanket. There were throw pillows on the bunk beds that were dirty and they had white trim that was brown and ripped off. One of the couches was also very stained and dirty.

Perfect location on 30A

Overall this is a great value on 30A. It's in a fantastic location on a gorgeous beach with super easy access just steps from the unit. Some things to note, however. This unit is on the third floor (I don't believe this was listed in the description) so be aware if you have mobility issues. The Condo has been updated, but some unique choices were made. The furniture is quite worn and clearly wasn't replaced. The bathtub is difficult to use because of a solid glass partial wall that blocks access to the faucet, which makes it claustrophobic. We also had to deal with "palmetto bugs" AKA giant cockroaches in the unit. I've stayed in all kinds of accommodations across the US (including Florida), Central America, and the Caribbean, and never have I come across such giant bugs inside a unit. They were present 3 of the 5 nights we stayed. We reported it to management along with photos. In spite of those issues, this unit was very convenient to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time anyway. There's also a nice gulf view we weren't expecting! The kitchen appliances seem brand new. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and small appliances, but there was nothing in the way of basic kitchen items like salt, pepper, or sugar. Be prepared to bring/buy everything you might need. Overall we had a good stay and I would recommend to those who aren't easily panicked by the odd bug.

BEST BEACHFRONT CONDO!!!

The location on 30a is fantastic. The space is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed relaxing on the lovely porch over looking the Gulf. My husband and I booked this for our anniversary. We look forward to our next visit.

Nicely refreshed condo on the beach

I appreciated the nicely refreshed condo unit we rented. The bathroom was beautiful!! Loved the upgraded kitchen and washer/dryer- high end for sure- will book for a week in the summer for sure!
