Family beach trip

We love the blue mountain area. These condos are in a great location and very clean. We enjoyed the large pool and the pool right on the beach. The beach itself was very crowded but still nice.

We’ve always stayed in the east end , Inlet Beach Seagrove. The move to Blue Mountain Beach was our best decision and Adagio , the perfect choice. We hope to return, as it is a resort, within a best kept secret. Highly recommend if seeking perfection. The best restaurants within 5 minutes.

I loved all the outdoor patio furniture! When we noticed our blender top was missing, there was a knock on the door with a brand new Ninja blender! We love this location, the pools, the bike & umbrella rentals on the property, and the location on the beach. Wonderful vacation!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had the greatest time in Santa Rosa Beach and so much of it was because of the beautiful home we stayed in. We have four kids and we had plenty of space to spread out and also be together. The pictures don’t do the home justice. There are high ceilings and the entire place is light and airy. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had a well stocked kitchen. The beach and pools were beautiful and we used them every day. Writing this review is making me sad because I just want to go back!! Haha

It exceeded our expectations, which were pretty high given the price. The pool was really nice too. The beach was crowded. I’d suggest booking chairs way in advance if you want a good spot.

The kitchen was stocked well and the outdoor furniture was functional and comfortable. A short walk to the beach and a great view of the pool. The pool grounds were great, however the stair well had discarded food and trash on 2 separate levels for most of our week long stay. This is not normal for Adagio grounds and was disappointing

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Adagio E204 was very nice looking as we walked into the condo. There were a few issues as our stay progressed. 1. The dishes and utensils all needed to be rewashed before we used them; greasy films, fingerprints and pieces of food still stuck or dried on them. 2. The mattress pad was soiled ( .... )And had to be replaced. Drains in both “guest bathrooms” were plugged. (Maintenance came immediately to rectify these two issues, thank you.) As a monthly renter, (2 1/2 ) the furniture was the most uncomfortable we have ever experienced. The heated pool was very nice and though the hot tub was also very nice, it should have been tended to more often. There was sand and debris in it most days we wanted to use it. The outside maintenance got most of its attention as spring break drew near but not so much during the first two months of our stay.

The condo was recently renovated so the furniture was clean and in good taste as was the the bedrooms and carpet. Truly the only issue that we had at all was the tile floor in the common areas. Our feet were black from walking on it. (It would not keep us from coming back though). I suspect it was the type of floor cleaner. We just wore flip-flops. It was a great time!

The 2 pools are awesome, and you cant beat being directly on the Gulf. We ate at some great restaurants that were a very short walk including Blue Mountain Beach Bakery, Blue Mabel, and Shunk Gulley. I'd highly reccomend this rental to anyone visiting the 30-A area.

The condo was clean and large enough to accommodate our family. The pools were beautiful and of course the beaches were great. Our only complaint is there is not enough space reserved on the beach for families who choose to use their own chairs and umbrellas. Overall, we loved it and would visit there again.
