The property is beautiful. We appreciated that all 4 TV’s worked and the remote’s were available. A listing of the channels available were provided and instructions were typed. Way to go!

Our only complaint was the large beach frontage the Adagio gives to La Dolce Vita. We've stayed at the Adagio multiple times and it seems like their area is getting larger.

The beds we slept in needed to be updated they were cheap and very uncomfortable. 303B has needs more living room & patio furniture. Past stays at the Adagio I have never had that problem.

All the common shared areas were spotless (pool, work out room, bathrooms, gas grills). We grilled steak's one night and the gas grills were exceptionally clean like new.

Kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable and the pools were nice and not crowned. However, more umbrellas at the pools would be a nice addition. Liked that it was a gated community. Only concerns were minimal bath towel supply and poor Wi-Fi.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our favorite unit so far at Adagio. Unfortunately, 30a has gotten too bad for us to return. My son was jumped on the beach by 5 guys and we know of 3 of families that had the same thing happen. Unless properties start putting police on these beaches, people will continue to stop coming. 30a has a very bad reputation now and I've been coming to area for 30+ years.

We have stayed in other Adagio units that had better decor but that is not a deal breaker. The rental company was very helpful and the maintenance team very responsive when we had a minor issue. I might suggest adding more bath towels and kitchen towels to stay in the unit as that is not something I want to bring on my vacation. It also needs a deep clean throughout. The bathrooms had lots of dirt and dust on the baseboards.

The condo was spacious, and we had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen had all appliances and utensils we needed to cook some meals. The kids loved the pools, and the adults relaxed at the beach and in the gulf. Parking became easier after the crowd left on Labor Day. We had a wonderful week of beachside luxury. We’ll be back!
