I felt like the space is very nice and the glass casa people were responsive, however, there were too many issues in my opinion that could be alleviated with a little proactive management. The gate code we were given was wrong. It was late and after hours when we arrived. Driving 10 hours then having to wait for a response is frustrating. The rental didn’t have an operating ice machine. This was frustrating and we had to buy ice multiple times a day. The management came out to check twice but Never fixed it. Fans weren’t working when we checked in - new batteries were needed in remotes. Toilet was constantly running - they did come fix the next day. Bikes were hard to find as there were over 100 on the property. Instructions for how to get them was not readily available I had to reach out to management company.
