    Hidden Beach Villas is a well loved landmark along scenic 30A. But when you open the front door to our unit, nostalgia gives way to modern convenience and tranquil atmosphere. You will enjoy this peaceful 2nd floor unit and the ambience created modernized recessed lighting and new furnishings. Rest easy on the Casper Queen size bed or enjoy the pool just a few steps out the back door.

    We are situated on Florida's Beautiful Highway 30A in Seagrove Beach. The condo is directly across the street from the Beach and you can access the beach via the Pelayo Beach access located at the crosswalk on the West side of the Condo's. There is normally a chair and umbrella vendor on the beach there. Right next door to the condo on the East side is Butterfly bike rentals, you can rent bikes there and you will find bike racks conveniently located in the breezeways of the condo for storage. There is a bike path that runs parallel for the length of 30A, with many places to explore; Seaside is just about 1.5 miles to the west and a pretty easy bike ride.
    1. **Age Requirement**: Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary renter must be present in the unit for the entire duration of the stay.

    2. **Identification**: Valid photo ID of the primary renter is required at the time of check-in for verification purposes.

    3. **Occupancy Limit**: Strictly adhere to the occupancy limit set for the property. Unauthorized guests beyond this limit are not allowed.

    4. **No Parties or Events**: To maintain a serene environment, parties, large gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited.

    5. **Quiet Hours**: Please respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

    6. **No Smoking**: This is a smoke-free property. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises.

    7. **Pets**: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in advance. In cases where pets are allowed, additional fees and rules may apply.

    8. **Check-in and Check-out**: Adhere to the stated check-in and check-out times. Late check-outs and early check-ins must be approved in advance.

    9. **Damage and Breakages**: Please treat the home with care. Any damage or breakages must be reported immediately. Guests are responsible for covering the cost of repairs or replacements.

    10. **Cleaning and Maintenance**: Maintain cleanliness and order during your stay. Excessive mess resulting in additional cleaning will incur extra charges.

    11. **Garbage Disposal**: Dispose of trash regularly in the designated areas and follow recycling guidelines.

    12. **Parking**: If provided, use only the designated parking spaces for your unit.

    13. **Safety and Security**: Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

    14. **Illegal Activities**: Illegal activities are strictly forbidden on the property and will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible legal action.

    15. **Adherence to Local Laws**: Abide by all local laws and regulations during your stay.
