I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Sugar Sands. It was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The best part of all, though, was the view and location. You look right out onto the beautiful ocean and simply walk down one flight of stairs from the back porch to get out to the beach. While still on 30A, this is a bit quieter and separated from all the chaos of the Seaside area. You will not regret renting this! I wish we could go back!

Sugar Sands Perfect Condo

The property was amazing. Location is excellent. Walk to the private beach was very easy. Umbrellas & chairs were set up at the same time daily!! Will definitely rent this property again.

Beach Trip First Week of March

We had a great time at this house and the views were amazing of the ocean! This was the first time that we have been to the beach at this time of year. It was never hot and there were no lines while we still enjoyed every afternoon in the sun on the beach!

Gorgeous Views

This condo is beautiful & the large balcony was wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Stunning views from inside with all of the windows. But there were 2 issues: the toilet in the hall bathroom had dried “stuff” in it. Which was not good. The second issue was that there is a loud almost something turning on & running loudly noise 24/7. It comes on every 40 seconds & makes the sound for 10 seconds. It is very loud in the queen bedroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. Making it very difficult to sleep. Due to this I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Thank you for opening your home to us for the week -- it is absolutely beautiful, impeccably furnished, and has the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever experienced. The privacy of the beach and it's amazing accessibility was our favorite part! We would love to return to Sugar Sands as soon as possible!

Nice week and it’s very clean

The condo is actually clean way better than most. It was late February but the beach is kind of different with it being private with not much people watching as it feels like a ghost town on the beach.

Lovely place but not well managed

The property was well appointed and the view and proximity to the beach spectacular. Our only issue with the condo itself was the guest queen room. There was a clicking/swooshing noise that clicked on and off throughout the night, so much so that my daughter & son-in-law had to sleep in the twin bunk room. Also, there was no beach chair umbrella service. I reached out to the office and it took two days/ three tries to get a response. I was told by the person who answered that Spyglass had stopped service mid-October without telling them, that she had been working on finding a replacement service and that someone would be out early the next morning to set up for us…and that we would receive a $100 credit (maybe that will happen today?) The next day just before 11am the property manager showed up with two folding chairs at our front door and no umbrella…and he never apologized or tried to make the situation right…he just blamed Spyglass and went on his way. All that said, it was a lovely place, just not well managed.

Perfect Place to Stay

Really enjoyed staying at the condo! The location of it on the beach along with the private beach and chairs was incredible. Will be staying here every time we come to Santa Rosa Beach! The property managers went above and beyond to help when we needed it (wasn’t much) and even worked with us at check in! Penny was a big help each time I called.

Family beach vacation

This was the perfect family beach trip!!! We had our grandchildren and we were all 100% happy with the whole week!!! Restaurants were close. And most important the beach was close!!! It was very clean and private. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils needed for cooking.

Awesome place!!

I loved everything about this place. It was immaculate, decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with any dishes/appliances you could need. The view is gorgeous and you can walk right out to the sand. The beach service is really nice too. This place spoiled me and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.
