"The room was on 5th floor and very comfortable, clean, and had everything i needed. It's not a resort type hotel and the price reflects that. It's clean, safe, easy to park at, and so close to the crazy touristy areas but not inside of it...which i loved. No babies and kids running around like you're gonna have at Dusit or Hyatt. The staff were busy and efficient and friendly. Towels were great and no complaints as i wasn't expecting too much. Reviews on this place, i found, were accurate....

"The spaciousness of the room as well as its cleanliness. Being it’s a golf resort and the clubhouse was in a separate building, there was little to no foot traffic and minimal noise. Staff were friendly and attentive to our needs. The pool was not operational which attributed to the 4-star rating. "

It was just me so I didn't need a lot of space. The location - for PEDRO'S PLACE only - was good. There was 1 assigned spot per unit and plenty of street parking in a decent neighborhood. One TV in the living room, unfortunately none of the 3 remotes linked to the TV and I had to use the power button to turn it on and off and had...

"The room was clean and quiet, the flooring beautiful, the view gorgeous, the beds comfy and luxurious. The AC and TV worked just fine and the staff were friendly. It's also an easy walk to the beach and coffee shop. I would've given the hotel 5 stars, except their boiler was out and there was no hot water. I was informed of this when I checked in, but it was late and I didn't have a backup hotel plan. Fortunately, the water was lukewarm, not cold. "
