"Das Haus ist zauberschön! Individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Wohnzimmer auf den See ein Traum! Die Terrasse wohl der schönste Platz am Luganer See. Der abgeschlossene und uneinsehbare Garten schön gestaltet und auch sehr praktisch mit unserem Labrador. Es war soo schön!"

"We loved our stay! The house suited our needs for our 2 night stay in Lake Como and we loved the proximity to a lovely hike over the peninsula and away from the "touristy" spots of Lake Como. A couple notes... the pool view is not the view from the house and there is actually a house in most of the view of the house with only a side view of the lake out of the main window so that was a disappointment and honestly a bit deceiving based on the pictures. There were no toiletries (soap/shampoo)...

"Ho soggiornato solo sei ore su sette giorni prenotati perché ho avuto un problema grave di salute e non mi è stato rimborsato un centesimo su un importo enorme versato. La comunicazione con il proprietario scarsa, le luci dell atrio e del boschetto bruciate quindi risultava inagibile di sera e non in sicurezza. La tv solo in tedesco. Il cinema non ho potuto usufruirlo perché alle mie richieste mi hanno risposto dopo giorni. Pulizia della casa non perfetta. Posizione e panorama stupenda....

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette villa, très bien située sur les hauteurs du lac de Côme avec une vue magnifique ! La maison était très propre et parfaitement équipée, le village est accessible à pied (restaurants, bar et plage en contrebas) et les explications pour y accéder étaient très claires."

"This appartment has a beautiful view of the mountains and lake. It has a beautiful terrace and it is very nice that there is a fence. It’s is big enough for a small family but a bit more cutterly and glasses would be nice otherwise you are washing up right after every meal. The hosts are very friendly!!"

When we first arrived I emailed the person at the management company and copied the two gentleman that the info in the unit said I should contact a couple questions and was ghosted. "It was great to look at the lake. Just be prepared for a lot of stairs and narrow streets with a lot of turns. Some of the issues were that there was still some food left in the fridge, the garbage wasn't clean, the hot water finishes pretty quickly!"

"Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Ein TV Gerät würde die Wohnung vervollständigen. In der Nähe befindet sich ein kleiner Markt, wo man auch Brötchen bekommt. Restaurant befinden sich in der Nähe. Der Pool war noch geöffnet, sodass wir ihn auch jetzt im Oktober noch nutzen konnten. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen."

The communication and the assistance, including the level of depth and detail of each, simply could not have been better (our principal point of contact was Francesca, who embodied the concept of "going the extra mile").
