Paradise Cove is a gated oceanfront community sitting above Tejón Beach. Play a morning match on the pickleball courts, spend the afternoon by the pool, and watch the light change over the Pacific - all without leaving the grounds.

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
Deposit: 30% of base rental rate at booking, plus $99 USD administration fee and $45 USD accidental damage insurance
Balance: Remaining 70% plus applicable tax, due 60 days before arrival. Full payment required for bookings made within 60 days of arrival.
Date changes: Modifications made up to 30 days before arrival carry no change fee, subject to availability. Funds are otherwise non-refundable.
Travel insurance: Strongly recommended. We don't sell it - we encourage guests to arrange independently before travel.
Payment: Visa, Mastercard, or bank wire transfer
Booking confirmation: Digital rental agreement and ID verification required
A FEW THINGS WORTH KNOWING BEFORE YOU BOOK
· Do you offer a discount for longer stays? Yes - a discount is automatically applied to reservations of 26 nights or more, no code required. For stays of 26 nights or more, electricity is billed locally based on usage at checkout. For shorter stays, electricity is included in the rate.
· Is there construction activity at Paradise Cove? Paradise Cove is in its final stages of development, and some construction activity occurs during weekday daytime hours. Rates reflect this. When complete, the development will add a fitness center, beach club, and golf area. The beach, pool, pickleball courts, and all current amenities remain fully accessible and unaffected throughout.
· Is there much walking involved to get around? Paradise Cove is a beautifully landscaped hillside community, which means some walking is part of the experience. For those who prefer an easier journey, a complimentary on-demand shuttle runs throughout the complex. Just give them a call and they will be happy to take you wherever you need to go.
· How does beach access work? Tejón Beach is a 5-10 minute walk within the development, calm, naturally sheltered, and ideal for swimming. A few palapa restaurants line the beach, perfect for grabbing a bite or a drink without leaving the shore.
