We were very pleased with our room, and the staff. My only thing that was an issue was there was limited area to place our unpacked items. There were only two hangers in the wardrobe, but it wasn’t a problem since we had our items on our on hangers. There wasn’t a dresser with large drawers. After seeing my husband’s things on the floor lined up along a wall, I wondered why there wasn’t a dresser there. However, after giving this some thought I realized it was probably due to our room being for handicapped. The roomier areas were needed for wheel chairs. Next time we will request a non handicapped room. Over all, our stay was pleasant.

We love staying at the Winestone Inn. We came out for a quick getaway. From the minute we landed we were “on vacation”. Tracy checked us in and was all smiles and happiness. Then, it was off to the bar for our ‘welcome drink’. Jennifer told us about the different wine and beer options. She also brought us some snacks and told us about the restaurants in town.

It is a Boutique Hotel with beautiful views of the green hills and oak trees. Walkable to Old town. Has a quaint wine bar in the lobby.

A small 12 room boutique motel that was renovated and very nice. Lovef the wine bar and it was within walking distance of restaurants, bars, breweries etc. I would go there again, but would ask for a room on the top floor. We were in room 1 with no view, but of the street and cars. Unfortunately we could hear the people above us. On the last morning someone was exercising and woke us. Otherwise I would have given them 5 stars if we did not encounter this issue.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful 3 day stay. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the breakfast was good, the strawberries were an elegant touch.

Located on a busy highway between two ill-kept houses. Fenced field across the guest. Bathroom poorly lit with only two towel hooks; one tiny sink. Continental breakfast is minimal; muffins, yogurt and brown water for coffee. Good bed, friendly staff. One told me the person making coffee must have “forgotten to add the coffee “ when brewing the next pot. She made no effort to correct the situation . Overly happy hour. Good wine.

Great Stay, Bed Needs A Little Work.
It was really nice. My only issues was that bed wasn't the most comfortable bed in the world and the fitted sheet kept coming off the bed, that was really annoying.

My family and I loved staying at Wine Stone Inn. We were visiting family in Santa Maria and came across Wine Stone, we weren't disappointed. The staff was so friendly and accommodating and they provided a welcome basket and free glass of wince upon arriving. There were so many restaurants within walking distance as well which made the stay even better. We will definitely be returning.

Nice stop on our way north to the bay area. Clean, efficient little property. Very cordial staff. They had a nice wine and snack time from 3pm to 5pm.
