In the middle of a large estate near Santa Maria with a magnificent view of the Tramuntana mountains and surrounded by almond and orange trees, the former manor house with various parts of the building is located in a large and lovingly landscaped garden. In the stately main building, only the upper floor is available, which is accessible via an external staircase and of course its own separate entrance. Here you will find four of the 8 sleeping places with two separate bedrooms, a complete kitchen, large living area and a bathroom. The living room is equipped with German satellite TV and is open to a spacious dining area, which is decorated with typical country house details. The other four beds are located in two separate extensions, which are separate from the main house. In both areas, which are kept open, there are two sleeping places, a bathroom, living area with its own satellite TV and dining table and a kitchenette. All three areas - the main building and the two extensions - have air conditioning units. The various areas are only rented to a group of guests, not separately. Basic price for 4 people - then only the large area in the main house is available, both apartments are closed. There is another apartment for 5-6 guests and both extensions are available for 7-8 guests. All areas also have their own terrace areas. The mobile outdoor grill is also located in this idyllic setting. Internet via WiFi is available free of charge in all areas and even at the pool.
At the very large, elevated pool (6 x 12 meters) there are enough loungers and parasols available.
As a special offer for bike tourists, there is a small bike workshop for personal use and safe storage of the bikes.
There are further parts of the building on the property, which are managed by the owner's family and are partly inhabited by the family in summer. There are also cats on the property. The mountains of the Tramuntana, Palma and numerous beaches are quickly accessible, ideal starting point for exploring the entire island.
