Beautiful house with large terrace. The house, distributed over two floors, features a fully equipped kitchen, a bright living-dining room with access to the terrace, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.



Furthermore, if you wish to enjoy wonderful family holidays, this property is ideal for you, as it has a children's room that also features a ping pong table so that all ages can enjoy themselves.



On its exterior, as mentioned previously, there is the terrace, equipped with a table and chairs so you can enjoy an aperitif with your family or friends, as well as several sun loungers where you can relax in the sun. At your disposal, you will also find a barbecue.

The house is situated in Son Serra, one of the beaches that still retains that paradisiacal charm typical of virgin beaches; crystalline waters, several kilometres of white sand, a beautiful natural setting but with some amenities.

The beach is located to the east of the island in Alcudia Bay and 10 km from Can Picafort. Furthermore, if you are looking for a place where you can practise exciting adventure sports, Son Serra de Marina is ideal for you, as it is known for practising sports such as surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing and hang-gliding.



On the other hand, despite being a small area, you will find everything you need to enjoy your stay; restaurants, bars and supermarkets.
