Beautiful stay in santa Margalida
The property holds a prominent place in the valley outside Santa Margalida. As one approaches the property one gets the feeling of approaching a Roman villa. The grounds are beautiful with olive trees, ample vegetation and even a small animal farm and orchard with chickens, geese, ducks and quail which is accessible to guests. The pool was exceptionally clean and refreshing and there are ample lounge areas to relax and enjoy the pool. The home is large and very comfortable with spacious and clean bedrooms on both floors and several bathrooms as well as a dedicated washer/dryer room. The kitchen is well stocked and there are dining tables both inside and in the covered patio. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay and relax. A couple of notes. This is a place where you definitely need a car to get around. The check in/check out of 4:00 and 10:00 is not standard. It should be 3:00 and 11:00. Finally, there isn’t any place to put the garbage nearby. It’s supposed to be deposited in some place in the town but it’s not very close. They were nice enough to take care of it for us, but it would be better if they had recycling bins on the property and took care of the disposal as part of the package. Still these are not major issues and overall the place was great.
