Schöne Aussicht und das wars

Positiv: Das Apartment ist gut geschnitten und die Lage direkt am Meer ist toll. Das Bett und die Matratze sind gut und es gibt bezogene Bettdecken. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist wirklich schön. Negativ : Das Apartment ist leider total abgewohnt, dreckig und es fehlt an allem. Ein kleines Beispiel: Es gibt keine Küchenhandtücher, es gibt keine Messer, Türklinken sind kaputt. Im Winter kann man hier definitiv nicht sein, denn die Fenster haben daumendicke Schlitze, durch die der Wind pfeift. Die Wohnung ist einfach nur schäbig. Die 2 Stühle auf dem Balkon waren so kaputt, dass wir die Küchenstühle genommen haben. Es können definitiv keine 4 Personen auf dem Balkon sitzen, dafür ist er viel zu klein. Ich kann diese Wohnung definitiv nicht empfehlen. Wer viel unterwegs ist oder Strandnähe sucht und sich wenig im Apartment aufhält, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Alle anderen nicht.

Such a Lovely Location Especially with Sounds of the Sea

The sounds of the waves were wonderful, the proximity to the sea was fantastic! With limited mobility, this apartment was ideal for me to walk a bit, sit down a lot and swim sometimes, with little effort. Being right on the promenade, from the balcony, we could find entertainment in the coming and goings, of people, boats and police cars and bikes keeping everyone safe. Do holiday in this apartment if you want to be in the midst of the busiest part of the resort, with bars and shops. It can be noisy at night, with tribute bands, flamenco dancing and holiday makers enjoying themselves. But it all usually quietens down around midnight. We didn’t find it dreadful and when we were there it was the first few Euro Football 2024 matches. If you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. We loved our time here. The letting company were fabulous and helpful. We did report the lack of TV, as it wasn’t working and the wiring behind the TV stand needed repairing. We didn’t miss it at all. This apartment is homely, comfortable and well appointed, if a little shabby, but it’s in the most fabulous location, with an amazing view and has a super balcony that catches the sun in the morning, just right for breakfast, while being in the shade during the hottest hours.

Dreadful apartment

Worst apartment we have ever stayed in. Filthy dirty rusty cutlery, water pressure on cold dreadful so toilet wont flush every time, also meaning cant have a decent shower, shower cubicle tiny with awful shower curtain . Cooker filthy and equipment some broken, mould in freezer, mould on curtains, shutters bang all night in the wind. Terrible time trying to unlock outer door and apartment door. Wifi useless, not great lights in lounge to eat of a night and balcony is a postage stamp. Badly designed kitchen area so tiny where cooker cannot be opened properly nor can washing machine which broke down. Certainly no good for a long stay which ours was 5.5 weeks. Would not recommend and certainly never return. Can Picafort itself is not that clean compared to Puerto pollensa or Porto Cristo, very disappointing 😕 sunrise yep great but thats about all. Have never had to leave a bad review and been visiting for over 40 years.

Perfekt beliggenhed.

Overordnet et godt indtryk af lejlighed, beliggenhed og kontakt med udlejer. Lejligheden duftede af at være rengjort før vores ankomst. Eneste minus var forhænget i brusekabinen, der var sort af mug i bunden. Kan se en tidligere lejer har klaget over samme problem. Nemt at løse med en spand vand med lidt klorin i, som forhænget sættes i blød i, mens man rengør lejligheden til næste lejer. Bøvlet med sen ankomst til lejligheden (omkring midnat), når den tilsendte kode til nøgleboksen ikke var den rigtige!! Heldigvis var Juan kvik på telefonen, trods det sene tidspunkt, og han kendte den rigtige kode. Samme Juan var også snarrådig, da forbindelsen til internettet svigtede nogle timer. Der var et par småting, der skulle udbedres under vores 14 dages ophold - men personalet på bureauet var kvikke og lydhøre, så problemerne blev hurtigt afhjulpet. Der var gode senge med fortrinlige madrasser og knasende rent sengetøj. Helt nye og tykke/bløde badehåndklæder. Varmt vand i køkken og bad til ethvert behov. Dejligt. At afløbet så er noget langsomt, er vist ikke kun et problem i denne ferielejlighed. Vi nød udsigten til bugt og strand morgen og aften, og strandpromenaden var god til spadsereture - og vandet var rent og varmt. En frydefuld oplevelse, og vi kommer gerne igen.

Großartiger Meerblick - viele Mängel

Leider kann die wirklich tolle Lage mit wunderschöner Aussicht vom Balkon und dem gesamten Wohnzimmer (da lügen die Bilder nicht) die vorhandenen Mängel nicht ausgleichen - was sehr schade ist, denn gegen Viele könnte man ganz leicht etwas tun und das Apartment hat viel Potential. Als wir ankamen war das Apartment nicht sauber (durch die Fenster konnte man nicht durchgucken, das Bad haben wir erst Mal geputzt) und Kleinigkeiten wie abgebrannte Teelichter, fehlende Tischdecke usw. verhinderten einen ersten guten Eindruck. Der Duschvorhang ist einen Zentimeter zu kurz um nicht das gesamte Bad unter Wasser zu setzen und die Brause/Halterung nicht für den geringen Wasserdruck gemacht (leider ab und zu furchtbarer Gestank aus dem Abfluss, der zudem kaum abläuft). Die Handtücher waren zwar “gewaschen“, trotzdem nicht sauber und schon so dünn, dass man durch sie durchsehen konnte und die „Badematte“ haben wir gar nicht erst benutzt...... Ein Satz neue Handtücher pro Saison muss wohl drin sein. In einem Apartment für 4 Personen gab es auf dem Balkon zwei weiße Plastikstühle - einer davon war kaputt - und der Putz fiel einem auf dem Kopf - Salzluft hin oder her, das war kein Zustand. Die Betten sind eine absolute Katastrophe - man merkt jede Feder - und das ist wirklich nicht übertrieben. Im Oktober wäre zudem ein Bezug für die richtige Decke wünschenswert gewesen. Die Schlafzimmer liegen nach hinten raus und nicht zum Meer - wer einen leichten Schlaf hat braucht sich also um die Promenade mit den Restaurants nichts zu Sorgen. Den Lärm übernehmen aber die anderen Bewohner der umliegenden Häuser (eher Einheimisch). Insgesamt macht die Wohnung leider einen sehr abgewohnten Eindruck mit wenig Blick für‘s Detail - vielleicht waren wir auch die letzten Gäste der Saison? Wir haben mit zwei Kindern trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier verbracht, die Lage direkt am Meer mit dem wunderschönen flach abfallendem Sandstrand reißt einiges wieder raus, wenn die Sonne scheint ist alles halb so schlimm und der Check-in/out Vorgang war sehr flexibel und freundlich und auch die Agentur war bemüht, weswegen uns unsere ehrliche Bewertung fast leid tut. Die meisten Mängel wären super leicht zu beheben und wer sich an solchen Dingen nicht stört und die positiven Aspekte wie zB die tolle Lage schätzt und gerne individuell reist, ist hier richtig.
