"The host was very welcoming upon arrival and gave us a great tour of the property along with some area history. Such a peaceful setting. Really enjoyed the patio upstairs off the bedroom. Great views of the terrain by day and fantastic views of the stars at night. Very close to the enchanting villages on hilltops nearby (Rigamagno and Scrofiano)."

"The pictures don't do the place justice. This villa is like something out of a Hollywood Rom Com set in an idealistic fictional Tuscan village. Not only is the villa and the views from every window simply stunning, the town of Loro Cuifena is one of the prettiest villages in all of Italy. The ONLY downside is that the drive up the mountain to the villa is not for the feint of heart."

"Absolutely superb hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. We had two delicious meals cooked by Linda and we left with her homemade limoncello and olive oil. Peaceful, beautiful grounds with wonderful walks straight from the house. Tennis club 5 min drive away, and a local train station that whisked us off to Florence for the day. Don't miss Snoopy's gelato in the local town. This holiday was a 5* experience."

"This place has it all. A wonderfully furnished, welleqipt and spacious house. A beautiful and large garden. A lovely pool. And last but not least a stunning view from all parts of the property. Add to this a very kind and helpfull housekeeper. We had two wonderfull weeks and would love to come back. Do not miss a visit to Anghiari which is a village out of a farry tale or the L’Osteria in Aboca down the road - one of our very best restaurant experiences. Great food - great service!"

"Nous avons loué une maison avec piscine mais nous n'avons pu utiliser la piscine que deux jours, dimanche et lundi (impraticable mardi et mercredi, eau trouble et très chlorée jeudi et vendredi). A cause d'un orage le lundi soir 15 aout et parce que la piscine n'a pas de couverture, la terre du jardin a glissé dans la piscine et l'a rendue impraticable (verte et "tournée"). Der Garten ist eine echte Oase, quasi nicht einsehbar und perfekt geeignet, um richtig zu entspannen. Die Kinder hatten nie Langeweile, weil es entweder etwas im Garten zu entdecken gab, oder weil man den tollen Pool aus Herzenslust nutzen konnte.
