I would like to ask you why you go under the name of David? when in fact you are Chris? I do not allow children yet you brought one against house rules and I let it go!, if it was too hot why did you not bring this to my attention? I would of tried to accommodate you, I have never had an AC complaint, you stayed 4 nights you should of brought this to my attention but you did not, the house is very cool with three AC's, I dismiss your complaint as you should have brought this up on day one David ? Hello Katherine Thank you for your honest comments, may I know more clearly what you mean by the hot water for bathing?? if you are 5 guest using all showers at once the hot water tank may not be able to hold the heat or hot water in storage especially if perhaps you add the dishwasher running, the fireplace living room is allowed but not in the den, pls keep in mind that most guest do not appreciate the smell of smoke in the home, so am sorry you had some inconvienences and appreciaatee your nice comments, Yvette
